Beautiful Beach Stay

We loved this location, immediate access to the beach and a lovely picnic table to use. Easy to get into Sandwich and enjoy the many restaurants. Place was small but efficient with space and had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend!

Excellent property and stay

We had an amazing and very restful time at the cottage in late December. It was in the offseason but the cottage was a great base for exploring Cape Cod and taking walks on the beach, which is just steps from the cottage. Will definitely be going back next year.

If your only priority is to be on the beach and not spend much time inside, this is a good option. The place was very clean, air conditioning worked well, and the limited space was maximized for use.However, the only usable outdoor space is the beach itself because the designated picnic area/patio is not usable. It is right by the parking lot and the people in the other unit parked in front of it making it difficult to access. The picnic table itself was decrepit and starting to fall apart (extremely weathered with pieces splintering off). Most disappointingly, the property owner does not offer an umbrella for the picnic table despite there being a full setup for it including an umbrella stand. The owner stated they were tired of having to replace umbrellas because tenants were keeping it open and they don’t want to keep paying for replacements. If you’re going to rent a beach property and charge beach rental prices the least you can do is provide a basic (and cheap) beach house amenity like an umbrella.

Love the location

Love the location, nice area. Place is rather small and didn’t like having to bring linens . You never know what u might need. Especially when you are flying and having to maximize suitcase space. Even a rug on the floor at bathroom would be nice at entrance of door and at shower.
