Cozy Cabin with all amenities.

One bedroom with queen and couch, natural gas fireplace and deck, one loft w/queen and single sofa sleeper and two full bath home located 4 miles from downtown Truckee, California. Enjoy views of Mt. Rose, Squaw Valley and Northstar. Ski all day and come home to a warm house and hot tub. Just out the back door is hiking, biking, kayaking in the summer or cross country, skate skiing, downhill skiing in the winter. Its all minutes away. My home is located in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood in Glenshire.

The floors are beautiful travertine and wood. All of the furniture in every room is new. We keep the property well maintained. Everything is designed for your comfort. I have lived in the area 30 years and I can direct you to the very best eating establishments and year round activities. My name is Joyce. I bought my cabin in 1977 because I always wanted to live in the mountains. I came to Truckee from Fallon, Nevada where I grew up on a cattle ranch that still is family operated today. For years I taught first grade in my hometown and drove an hour and a half to Truckee to enjoy and rebuild my house to what it is today.

I now live in Kona, Hawaii and Reno, Nevada. My favorite place for eating out and hiking and skiing is Truckee.
