This is a beautiful property that sits at the base of a mountain overlooking a lake. This was a great landing spot for our family as it was close to the airport, West Glacier and Whitefish. Everyone loved the time we had here and we would definitely come back!

This was a great space for multiple family members to relax during a nearby wedding celebration! Did not disappoint and hopefully, a place to enjoy for a longer stay next time.

Very clean, smooth and easy check-in and check out. The yard is beautiful! Very spacious and well taken care of. Only complaints would be:1) the amount of weeds… the dock was unusable due to the weeds. We were very much expecting to be able to swim off the dock or float off the dock especially with this house being listed as “lakefront”. We were not able to access the lake at all from this property! 2) the pull out beds in the basement are very small and uncomfortable

We had the most wonderful time here! The property was gorgeous, clean, and had great views! We loved hiking all day and coming back to the house to grill and relax on the deck. We will be coming back here!

Great vacation location!

We had a great stay with our three young kids! House was very clean and great location in the country across from the lake, but not too far from town. We appreciated the house amenities for the kids and the porch chairs and fire pit offered plenty of relaxing. Our kids loved the “cubby beds” too. Overall, we would definitely recommend to family and friends visiting the area!

A real gem

One of the nicest rental homes we have ever stayed at. Very clean, lots of towels, beautiful scenery (never once did I look out the window and not see multiple deer in the back field), well stocked kitchen, ping pong table. It was a treat to come home each day.

2/10 Terrible

Ask for "House Rules" BINDER before renting this property

Owners not helpful with concerns we expressed about their extra charge for cleaning after my wife and family double cleaned the floors and counter tops. Their "House Rules" Binder is absurd. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a hassle free and relaxing week on the lake. The area is a great area to vacation in but find a place where the owners will treat you with respect.

Please know this is not typical. Most all our feedback we receive is very positive. We are sorry that it was necessary to charge for the additional cleaning as addressed in previous communications. Our priority is to provide a very clean and fresh environment for all guests. Before anyone books a reservation we send out our rental agreement for their review. It clearly states all of our terms & conditions prior to guests signing of the rental agreement. Upon arrival, the owners give an orientation and are always available. Respectfully, Tom and Julie

Just Wonderful!

We were so blessed to have spotted this jewel on the web while searching for a venue to have a small outdoor wedding in Montana. From the pictures on the website you get a good idea what this place has to offer, but wait until you arrive and see for yourself how truly special Lake Blaine Mountain Resort is! Spectacular scenery, beautiful grounds, and Montana's wonderful fall weather was the backdrop for this intimate family affair. Wedding guests commented how perfect the setting was for a wedding and how breathtaking it all was. And the most important comment was that of the bride and groom, who simply stated it was more than they could of asked for! With two uniquely beautiful dwellings on the property there was plenty of room for family to stay each with their own decks to take in the stunning views and host Tom and Julie thought of nearly every amenity to provide that "home away from home" feel. Family enjoyed the extended weekend, kayaking, a trip up to Glacier Park, our favorite cajun shrimp pasta at the Bigfork Inn, shopping in Whitefish and just simply relaxing. With so many things to do in the Flathead, this place is perfectly located to enjoy them all. Our heartfelt thanks to Tom and Julie for sharing your place with us! We will be back!

Awesome Location!

We booked this house for the week to spend it at Glacier National park. The location was prime and the quaint quiet neighborhood was a bonus. Very close to Flathead Lake, Glacier and Whitefish area. Highly Recommend!!

Family Ski Vacation

Out family had a wonderful time this weekend we skied hard two days and stayed at this cute vrbo on Lake Blaine. The grandkids loved every minute staying here playing ping pong and exploring after a fun day of skiing. They had the cutest cubby beds next to there parents rooms and plenty of wildlife to watch.

We had the best time! It was truly the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. The check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. The house was perfect. Plenty of space and all of the amenities that we could need! Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location

Overall we were very happy with this home. It was clean, well laid out and in a great location. It seemed like everything we visited (Glacier NP, Big Fork, airport, Whitefish, Flathead lake) were all within a 15-20 minute drive, yet in a very rural setting. Grounds were well maintained and plenty of space for activities and parking. Lake Blaine was inaccessible from the "resort" dock due to the record drought so that was a bit of a bummer but we had read previous reviews so we expected it. Woody's Country Store within a 5 minute drive and gas within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Montana Escape

Lovely Lake view

This was excellent and comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights in Montana! It was just my husband, myself, and our 18-year-old son. We had a great time with the ping-pong table. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. A beautiful stay!
