This condo is in the heart of the Bonita Springs/Naples area. Bonita Springs is a dynamic coastal community that offers upscale shopping, shelling and golf, only two miles from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. Fort Myers airport is only 20 minutes away while groceries, shopping and beaches are only minutes away. The community provides a relaxing oasis within a busy area with lovely tropical landscaping and palm lined streets.

This is a condo within a gated community. This unit has an eat in kitchen with a table that seats 4, beautiful hardwood floors throughout and a private rear lanai that has a view of the golf course.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and roomy bath. The smaller bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate bath. There is also a den with a desk and sleeper sofa. The heated community pool is within easy walking distance.

Spacious and convenient

Nothing not to like about this property. Ate evening meals on the lanai that overlooks the golf course and the setting sun. A very short walk to a lovely heated community pool. Spacious master bedroom and bath (shower). Good for entertaining, with nice kitchen opening to large living room. Close to Bonita Beach and I-75
