The appartament was perfect for a stay near Montreal. It was clean, had an own parking spot and Carol was very responsive. Plus it is the perfect spot for families as it is very spacious. We definitely would come again.

I traveled from America and stayed here while visiting Montreal for the first time. The property was very clean, beds were comfortable, the onsite parking spot was ideal especially in an area where parking may be tricky. The location was VERY close to Montreal downtown and so easy to get to the main roads. As a plus, during busier times the area of Brossard offered a lot of shops and fantastic restaurants if we didn’t want to go into the city. For those wondering about traveling with children, I was with my 2.5 year old daughter and we did just fine. If traveling with children, I would just say be mindful of the stairs inside for safety, but other than that it’s a great space for kids. I really enjoyed my time and the host was easily reachable and kind.

Stayed for 5 days with 4 adults, 2 children and a small dog. We loved the location and needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the reasons we chose this house was so the kids and our small dog could play in the back yard. Unfortunately, the yard was not an option because it was covered with tall weeds and even several picky ones. We recommended to the owner that he fix up the back yard for future guests and he acquiesced. The outdoor front porch and back patio could use some cleaning; lots of cobwebs everywhere. He also had the front lawn mowed on our request. The kitchen is well equipped and the neighbourhood is very nice. We felt very safe. The owner, Carol, was very polite and pleasant. There was a problem with the bathtub and he came to fix it and brought hand soap for the bathrooms. He answered my messages within 3-4 hours and was quick to fix the problems I pointed out to him. Merci beaucoup Carol, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans ta maison.

Modest exterior in busy neighborhood, but interior is a lovely hideaway. The deck with gas grill adds an outdoor option. Spacious bedrooms with natural light are nice enough to hang out in. Bathrooms are clean and modern.
