A few feet from the front door there is a Transit System stop which can get you to Deer Valley or anywhere else in a matter of minutes. This unit also features a great remodel throughout!

Great all around for family of 4 with 2 young children. The only hiccup was the garage door code didn’t work occasionally but we could still let ourselves in. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Bad COVID policies

Unfortunately there was a large spike in COVID cases in Park City after we booked, and we no longer felt comfortable traveling with our child, who is too young to be vaccinated. Vrbo has had wonderful policies moving dates on non-refundable rentals. We reached out to move our dates (we were even willing to move them after ski season or really open to any time they agreed to). Vrbo took the move request and waited for home manager or rental response. They came back completely unwilling to move to any of their available dates. This lack of flexibility makes them a non-starter to ever use again. There are so many incredibly properties that offer more amenities and better customer service for a one bedroom and a Murphy bed. There was really no reason not to be helpful except greed. Buyer beware.

To start, Chris was a great host, very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great location just blocks from Deer Valley skiing and a mile it so from Main Street in Park City. Place is clean, good layout for our family, tons of kitchen space to dine in and relax.

Return to Deer Valley

This was my family’s 1st trip back to Park City in over 3 years. On our last trip my wife had an accident at Deer Valley, breaking her back and requiring emergency surgery. We had finally come to a place where she was ready to face the literal mountain. We were looking for ease and convenience because we knew it would be an emotional trip. We found that and more with Chris’ unit. The proximity to Deer Valley and Main St. was incredible and Chris was very attentive to all of our needs. This was an amazing trip. My wife was able to ski again and my kids saw their mom face her fears. Thanks Chris for being an integral part of our experience. I would highly recommend Chris’ place to anyone visiting Park City.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location to the resort as well as the private hot tub. The unit had great tv's in each room and available technology. The unit was certainly comfortable although the bathrooms a little bit small. The kitchen was large and the unit was clean and well cared for.

Went on a quick ski trip and everything was perfect. Quick easy communication with Chris. Easy checkin/checkout. Very clean and nice condo. Location is great. Shuttle or bus will pick you up right outside, never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Don’t skip over this VRBO!! This place was perfect for my wife and daughter to wrap up the ski season at Deer Valley. Great location with Signature Shuttle service to DV Snow Park Lodge. Right in between DV and PC. The townhome is newly renovated and VERY COMFORTABLE!! It has EVERYTHING you need for your “home away from home” vacation lodging. Also, Chris made the stay very easy and accommodating. He helped out with some special requests and made the stay that much better!! We will be back to this place soon. Thanks again Chris!!

Cozy, clean and conveniently located!

My husband and I stayed in this condo and had a great experience. It’s a nice size, with a master bedroom and a smaller guest room. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and we made use of the kitchen, cooking breakfast daily and even grilling dinner one night. We had our skis delivered and there is a ski rack next to the front door for storage. The bus stop is right there and it’s a couple of stops to get to Deer Valley for skiing or the opposite direction to get to Main Street. Overall, we’re super happy with the experience. Chris, the property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. No complaints!
