A premier, fully re-modeled, well appointed and comfortable 2-story townhouse situated on hole 10 of the famous Wailea Blue Golf Course at beautiful Wailea, Maui. Comfortably sleeps 6. Spectacular views of the Ocean and Neighbor Islands. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, Wailea Resorts and just a chip shot away from the Old Blue Clubhouse and the brand new Ekolu Village boutique shopping center.

Upstairs offers a large modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, spacious living room with comfortable memory foam sofa bed, HD Flatscreen TV, Full Bath with Shower, Dining Room, and a large Lanai with picturesque views while dining in the breezes of South Maui.

Downstairs offers a large Master Suite with King Bed, luxurious and spacious adjoining vanity and walk in rain shower bathroom, large closets, high-def flatscreen tv, ceiling fan, and access to an adjoining large lower lanai for morning breakfast or coffee. Also located on the ground floor is a large guest room with two queen beds, spacious bathroom shower, large closets, high-def flatscreen tv, ceiling fan, and opening to a large lower lanai.
Fully furnished with Air Conditioning throughout.

This was an amazing townhouse! The views from the lanai were gorgeous. The unit was roomy and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. We stayed over New Years with my family and are already talking about how when we return we stay in this unit!

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation! It is walking distance to shops and restaurants, and has the MOST AMAZING view! It has everything you need and then some. You will definitely not regret booking this stylish, comfy VRBO!

Such a great property to stay it! First, the location is awesome -- one can easily walk to numerous restaurants and the Shops at Wailea. We have stayed in other properties within this townhouse complex and this has been the nicest. Super clean, nicely appointed, tons of beach stuff (chairs, coolers, toys, towels, etc.), comfortable furnishings. The patio is a great spot for cocktails to watch the sunset over the ocean. We had a minor problem with a tv remote control device and it was promptly resolved. We would certainly stay here again.

Our recent stay was wonderful and it started with the lovely welcome amenities. Prosecco and chocolates, amoung an incredibly well stocked kitchen!The condo was incredibly spacious for our family of five. We enjoyed our meals and sunsets daily on the deck, with stunning ocean views!This was one of our favorite condos in Wailea Ekolu and will definitely be back

Wonderful townhouse and location! The townhouse is on a hill which provides an incredible view sitting on the lanai looking out over the ocean, especially at sunset. We brought binoculars and could see whales from the lanai. The townhouse was very clean and well stocked with everything from quality dishes and utensils, plenty of linens including numerous bath towels and beach towels, extra sheets, pillows and outdoor gear such as swim noodles and beach chairs and even laundry detergent, soap, and shower products. Master bath is very spacious with a nice large shower. Outdoor pool was basic, but heated and quiet with plenty of chairs. Property grounds were well maintained and parking spaces are close to the townhouse. Property and entire area always felt safe to walk around day and night. Just down the hill, an easy walk away is a small shopping area that includes a coffee shop and multiple open-air eateries. Further down the hill is a large shopping area with a bit of everything from high end stores and restaurants to casual bar and grill, souvenir stores, ice cream shop, and markets to buy basic groceries and toiletries. Beach was walkable for us from the townhouse, it would be a more challenging trek with little kids and and their gear in tow. Townhouse location was an easy drive from the airport and all other activities we did. Communication was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location, spacious duplex, great views, quiet, and loaded with extras that will compliment your stay . If you enjoy seeing humpback whales on the horizon with sunsets and want to be close to the action but not too close than you’ll love staying here . The host was very accommodating . And the location was close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants or beaches . Thanks!!

Everything you Need to Enjoy Wailea

We really enjoyed the townhome for our recent stay in Wailea. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. It was great having so much space and the top and bottom floors were a nice layout to separate living space from the bedrooms. The home had just about everything we needed, which was so convenient. It was close to walk to shops and restaurants. I even accidentally left my bathing suit and Terri helped get it back to me, which was so kind! Thank you!!!

Fully stocked with all the beach gadgets you'd dream of. Beautiful spacious home. Would've been 5 star if the a/C upstairs had worked... It was actually broken (not being misused). Gets really hot during summer weather especially while cooking.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved this townhouse. The location is excellent as it provides privacy but is close to high end retail shopping, regular staples shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc; The townhouse has multiple beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, beach towels, sand and water toys which we used every day; The bathrooms are stocked with full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner - a really nice touch; the master bath shower has a wonderful overhead shower; TV's are in every room and we had fun with Alexa (Amazon's AI) which allowed us to request songs be played in any room we were at in the townhouse; view is more beautiful from condo than pictures show; townhouse is stocked with books and games - the book collection is excellent, including a Maui travel book we used often. Our family of 5 absolutely loved this place. Hats off to the owners for the special touches, which made the stay wonderful. Thank you!!

The property was perfect for our family.

The home was complete with a well stocked kitchen, beach amenities, and wonderful view from the lanai. The property manager was excellent and we appreciated a container of propane that was delivered to us when we ran out. Unfortunately the construction in front of the condo was very unpleasant. We were only able to enjoy breakfast on the lanai on Sunday morning. I do realise that this is out of the owners control but I do think that future guests should be made aware of this. It looks like it will be going on for some time.

I was telling the host that we've stayed in at least a dozen vrbo properties over the last 15 years and this one was my favorite. Sure, the setting of Maui doest hurt! But there are many more reasons!The property is well maintained, clean and spacious and I like having the upstairs and downstairs corner unit. It feels more secluded.The kitchen was perfectly stocked with proper supplies, there was never a wish that they had this or that. Its all there.Same for the bathrooms and showers.The property grounds are beautifully maintained -not just this property, but throughout.There are also shops and restaurants just a 5 minute (or less) walk from the property, with ample and inviting walkways. My boys picked up a pork and pineapple pizza from Manolis our final night and it did not disappoint!Also if you walk a bit farther theres another shopping "mall" with plenty more restaurants and shops and Lapperts, which has stellar ice cream.But best of all for me, as I'm a very early riser, was the still of 5am after brewing my coffee-sitting in the hush of the morning while the moon and stars were still out on the upper lanai. I'll never forget it. Many adventures made this the perfect trip, but for me, the morning lanai was most memorable. That said, early evening through sunset is also so lovely.Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Ocean views

Dustin and Ken have provided a beautiful townhome to their guests in a truly Hawaiian setting. Ekolu is a beautiful complex close to shopping, golfing, beaches, walking trails and whale watching. We rented the condo due to its location and it’s townhome construction, no neighbors above which we loved and two lanais. The condo is decorated tastefully and we were so appreciative of finding almost everything that we could possibly need in the kitchen. We really appreciated the upper lanai and watching the ocean every morning and the sunsets in the evening -stunning. Wailea is a beautiful sunny spot in Maui close to are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We were close to all of the major tourist attractions on the island at this location and didn’t need to spend a lot of time driving to get to where we wanted to go The condo and complex were very quiet except for some minor repair work in the parking lot in front of the condo and home building in the area which is beyond the hosts control. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this area and at this condo again. Mahalo and blessings to yoj.

Absolutely Amazing!

Wow! This property is truly amazing and the photos online can’t even begin to do it justice. The views are unobstructed and breathtaking-we would return from the beach or shopping and immediately head for the upstairs lanai to take in the view. We were a party of six-2 adults and 4 older teens and the condo was a perfect size. We loved having an upstairs/downstairs and the owners have remodeled and decorated to perfection. The condo was equipped with everything from beach chairs to blenders! The third FULL bathroom with a shower was such a plus. The location of the condo is prime-an easy stroll to Akamai Coffee for breakfast and down to Manoli’s for pizza with the kids. The Shops at Wailea are a quick 10 minute walk as well. We elected to drive down to Wailea Beach as we tended to bring a lot of gear with us, but that too is a short walk from the condo. Lastly, the property manager, Teri, was super responsive, providing us with all of the details needed for our stay well in advance of our arrival. Five stars isn’t enough to award this property! We will definitely be booking our next stay on Maui at this condo!

Great home away from home

This unit was great! Property location was perfect. Communication with unit property was timely, and the home had everything one would could need. We we’re even lucky enough to enjoy two fire work shows during our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous!!

We felt so lucky to be able to enjoy this property. It is beautifully decorated. There are high quality padded chairs and footstools on the shaded lanai that are so comfortable for relaxing, reading, and enjoying the view. The beds are comfortable. The view is amazing. The unit was immaculately clean. The location is convenient to walk to the Shops at Wailea or drive to local restaurants.

Fantastic!

What a great unit! It started with great communication with the owners rep complete with detailed instructions on getting to and into the property. The view is fabulous, the unit beyond well stocked, the furniture and appliances were great and the beds comfortable. Tons of recreation items available from beach umbrellas to bikes. You would be hard pressed to find a kitchen implement that was not provided. We will definitely be trying to book this unit on our next time Maui trip.

PERFECTION IN WAILEA

The pictures do NOT do this property justice. Not only was the condo clean, well located, beautifully decorated, but it had everything from shampoo to a high chair. The views were exceptional!!! I will definitely stay here again.

Terri's place was perfect for our family of six (includes four teens). The home was clean and included EVERYTHING you could possibly need. This home was especially generous with kitchen essentials like spices and coffee. The lanai is spacious and this has all the comforts of a luxury home. Definitely would come again. Happy Everything!

You will not be disappointed in this condo! My family of 5 (3 duaughters, 21, 17, 14) stayed here from Christmas Day for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Wailea. The location is within walking distance to great shops, coffee, restaurants, golf and shopping. Depending on which beach you want to go to, they are close to a mile walk each way but we used it to burn off a few of our beach refreshments. Beach parking is not terrible if you’re lugging a bunch of gear. The unit is decorated beautifully and overly stocked with anything and everything you would need besides groceries. The Lanai sunset views are amazing and we were able to see plenty of whales as well. I’d recommend bringing a nice pair of binoculars for an even better view, if you have the room in your luggage. We highly recommend and would stay here again. Terry was an amazing host, quick to respond and even left us a nice Christmas basket gift! mahalo a hauʻoli makahiki hou!

Great stay

My family had a lovely visit and really liked staying in this townhouse. The views are great and the home is well decorated after a recent remodel. And the beds were more comfortable than your typical rental property. We hope to stay here again soon.

We love the fact that the "great room" layout of the kitchen/living/dining area and upper lanai is upstairs for gathering, dining and relaxing with family and friends while the downstairs offers two bedrooms and separate lanai; a quiet space to rest, read or just relax.
