Stunning Ocean/Mountain View in Downtown Vancouver New Build

Make yourself at home in this modern downtown apartment. Corner unit with views spanning from the Pacific Ocean, North Shore mountains, & all the way to Mount Baker. You'll find everything you need and more at your doorstep. Perfectly located steps away from the beach, seawall, Robson St, Pacific Centre, countless restaurants, bars of Granville/Yaletown, grocery stores & transit.

Master bedroom: Queen bed with views of ocean, mountains, city, and sunset.

2nd bedroom: Small den with option to use as storage or second bedroom with foldout bed. Please be accurate about amount of guests. I will assume you don't need the extra bed if you're booking for one person and the room will be mostly empty.

Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and gas stove.

Smart TV.

In-suite washer/dryer.

Patio with spectacular views. Patio furniture removed during colder months.

Wifi is excellent for working. I have used the space to WFH for the past four years.

FREE PARKING with potential EV charging. You must let me know in advance if you want parking!!

Very easy access from airport. Can hop on Canada Line. Starts directly in airport and end at Yaletown Station - less than 10 min walk from unit. I can also arrange a driver if needed.

Bedding, towels, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) included.

Can send a cleaner when needed for an extra fee.

Building amenities:
Fully equipped gym in building.

Lost keys will result in a $100 fee for small fob set and $150 for large parking fob set. Plus the possible cost of new locks + keys.

Excellent stay!

Paige was an absolutely lovely and communicative host! My wife and I traveled to Vancouver to see the Taylor Swift concert, so it was a very quick 48 hours. However, check-in/check-out was extremely easy, the space is exactly as pictured, with wonderful views of the Vancouver skyline, and Paige was such a welcoming host. We visited Vancouver as a weekend extension to our honeymoon and she was sure to make it extra special with a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, and she even made reservations for our first dinner in town. Paige was very responsive, communicated promptly and thoroughly, and was all around an excellent host. I removed only one star for location because it is in the heart of downtown, so just be sure to be aware of your surroundings when walking around at night. Other than that, excellent stay and I would highly recommend to any person or couple visiting the area.
