Waimahana Apartment 8

A superb penthouse apartment with extensive and uninterrupted views of the lake, the mountains, Rangatira Point and across the Taupo Township.

Totally self contained with modern kitchen and appliances, luxury leather furnishings, quality fittings and gas fireplace, elevated deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Also SKY and free WIFI.

The complex has a 15 metre outdoor geothermally heated swimming pool and spa pool, sauna and gymnasium.

**Please note: The swimming pool at Waimahana Apartments will be temporarily unavailable from late October through to the end of November 2026 due to essential maintenance and painting works.**

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times

The remarkables

Great property with a beautiful view of the lake. Very clean well appointed apartment. We walked by the lake into Taupo for meals etc. our van was too high for the garage 3.1 meters but street parking was not a problem.

Superb

Fantastic all that we could have wanted only thing is a window that opened wide in single beds room that a toddler could potentially open and fall out. Please ensure safety stays are put in place !!

School holidays

Arrived over the weekend. Took me 5 mins to figure out lockbox to get key. Easy from there. Lovely apartment, beautiful views. Kids loved the pool. Very quite apartments, cafe down the road and around the lake are fantastic. Hired bikes and really enjoyed the location. Walls and windows need an extra clean in spots here and there. Not a big issue.
