This home offers 3 floors of living, reflecting traditional design uniting family, dining and living room in an open floor plan, for a comfortable causal lifestyle. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom/4bath seashore home. The main floor offers a living room, dining room, eat in large kitchen open to the family room leading to outdoor back landing. Wonderful front porch to relax, hear the sounds of the ocean, read the papers. 2nd floor encompasses master bedroom, full en suite bath, sitting area opens to private balcony with lake views. 3 additional bedrooms, laundry room, full bathroom and fully equipped home office . Third floor Suite has 1BR,1 BA, living room area with large TV. This 4100sq ft home is very comfortable for sleeping 8.
1st floor family room is an open concept, filled with light and perfect for family entertaining. Furnished with a large Smart TV, 2 sofas, 2 swivel armchairs. The front living room beautifully furnished. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with modern, top line appliances, a large granite center island for family gatherings. Fully equipped office/desk if needed.

A 3 1/2 block walk to the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon on the beach, a walk to local ice cream parlor, ride bikes to town or simply relax on the front porch. Conveniently located at the beach entrance is a beach box with chairs and umbrellas.

5 Beach/Pool Badges, 5 Bikes, Beach toys for the kids, Beach Chairs, Sun Umbrellas, Towels, Linens included in rental fee. No need to carry anything back and forth. And if you really get bored, enjoy a family game basketball in the backyard.

This is a single-family rental, no large groups, shares and or parties. Pets can be discussed.
