The rental home was clean and nicely decorated. Property is very well kept. It is in a great location, walkable to the beautiful beach and town, and a very quiet spot. Scenic view of pond from the front porch.We had beach and pool passes and locker accessibility which we utilized daily. Just a great setup with little ones.Our host was very gracious, and communication was friendly, easy and timely. We appreciated her genuine interest in making sure we had a nice stay.My family and I had a wonderful time, and I would definitely rent again for future beach vacations!

We stayed in Janet’s home for a week with our family. We had a wonderful stay and could not recommend it more. The home is beautiful and in a great location, close to beach, close to town etc. Janet was a pleasure to coordinate with us and was prompt and helpful with any requests. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

South Pavilion Hoyse

This is a great family house, well appointed with kitchen stuff and beach paraphernalia on a quiet street within front porch view of one of Spring Lake’s many ponds. The host, Janet, was friendly and accommodating.
