This 3BR Condo Resort style Apartment is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. It has 1,244 sqft in a quiet and safe residential gated community, the apartment has a community pool, gym, tennis court, free parking, free wifi, smart TV.

The large master bedroom has a private master bathroom. The additional bedrooms feature walk in closets with a double size bed in the 2nd and a twin in the 3rd bedroom.

You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.

Tuscana Resort is a well maintained gated community with a beautiful pool, splash park, and cabanas to enjoy or play chess, or other games thoughtfully provided for you/guest to enjoy.

When we arrived at 430 the ckeaning people was still here,told to comeback in 30 minutes, when we came back our beds were wet,went to take a shower that night there was stuff in bottom of masterbath shower and some of the towrls were wet. Very impressed. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was perfect through the entire process. The complex is extremely nice. Elevator is available in case someone needs to know that. Made it nice to carry our things up. Very enjoyable experience

We booked this condo for 31 days. Overall, it was a good experience, though there were some negatives that will hopefully be addressed for future guests. Pros:1.) Check in was easy. 2.) Fast communication from host. 3.) Great location!4.) Fair pricing.Cons:A.) The condo had several physical issues (existing water damage in laundry closet walls, sunken spot in bedroom flooring behind laundry closet, broken tiles near laundry closet, rusty A/C vents in both bathrooms, one bathroom fan not working, chest of drawers in dining area was badly warped so drawers couldn't close, water dripping from freezer onto top refrigerator shelves daily, etc). All these items could be addressed and it would be a top-notch condo again. We reported several of these upon check in and they said they would let Maintenance know. We never heard back that they were sending anyone, so hopefully these will get fixed between guests. B.) Weak cellular signal in the condo. There were times we had to step outside to make phone calls. C.) The condo wifi was slow to unusable during our stay. The wifi would go out for up to 6 hours each day. When it did work, it was very slow. This made working remote difficult. I contacted the host to let them know, who contacted the provider, who said they were doing work. It never got better during our month-long stay.Bottom line: Good condo in a great location that sorely needs some maintenance and better Wifi to bring it back to being great.Rating: 6.5/10
