This is a light filled spacious bedroom that includes a large private ensuite within a large modern immaculate townhouse in the renowned Bayside area.

Property location is positioned in wholesome neighborhood with plenty of unrestricted parking, surrounded by a plethora of parks, beaches, down to earth or up-market shops, restaurants and bustling cafes to explore. Golfing, Tennis, Soccer and Yachting easily accessible within the neighborhood.

I live here and enjoy meeting new people and sharing travel experiences and recommendations whilst also respecting your privacy too.

I accept one guest only for the one bedroom/ensuite on offer.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

The house is comfortable and the owner is very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful, with shops, a train station and tram nearby. Despite the noise from the highway, my stay was great, I recommend it.
