Surf Watch Mollymook

Property was in immaculate condition, fabulous views down the coastline. Only issue was the odd third bedroom.

The house has a wonderful outlook of Mollymook beach from living / kitchen areas and an outdoor seating area . 3 bedroom ? is a bit of a stretch , 2 bedrooms and a annex I would say , The 3rd bedroom has a screen to pull across not a actual close door room . Bathroom’s are large the spa was not working Kitchen facilities are good Easy access to beach through a short walk down the hill . Just don’t expect early access, on request to maybe arrive at 1:30pm / 2pm no consideration given 3pm arrival . Received a message at 8.15am on Saturday Morning regarding leaving the next morning and must be gone by 10am. Maybe a little bit more consideration could be given especially not being a peak time . Family friends staying in same street in a holiday rental also , were given consideration a midday access on Friday and then were given late check out on the Sunday 1pm .

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the wonderful outlook over Mollymook Beach, the outdoor seating area, spacious bathrooms, kitchen facilities and convenient walk to the beach. Regarding the check-in and check-out times, unfortunately the property had back-to-back bookings on the dates of your stay. Our standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am, and on this occasion we were unable to offer an earlier arrival or later departure as the property needed to be fully serviced and prepared for the incoming guests. We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, however we do need to allow our cleaners sufficient time to complete the changeover to our usual standard. We’re also sorry if the 8:15am reminder regarding the 10am departure felt abrupt. This is our standard pre-departure communication, but we appreciate that a little more consideration around the timing and wording could have made the message feel more welcoming. We appreciate your comments regarding the third bedroom/annex and will take this feedback into consideration when ensuring the accommodation description is as clear as possible for future guests. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Mollymook and the beautiful location.
