The house is 300 metres from the protected southern end of Narrawallee beach (patrolled in summer), 2 minute drive to Tallwood Shops Mollymook, 4 minute drive to Rick Steins Bannisters and 4.5kms to the main street of Milton. This home can accommodate families and couples alike. All bedrooms have been recently renovated with new flooring and blackout blinds, ducted air conditioning, combustion fireplace and wireless internet. The home is family friendly, with kids toys in the upstairs living area and backyard swings and sandpit. An exceptional feature is the outdoor private shower and bath accessed from the side of the house as you walk back from the beach

What makes this property unique
The property is a short stroll to the summer patrolled Narrawallee beach - perfect for kids at the rock pools or the protected southern end or ideal for surfers straight out the front. The northern end of Narrawallee boasts the inlet that can be used for kayaking or paddle boarding. Head just over the hill to the south and you are in the tourist Mecca of Mollymook - so you can access all the hospitalities it brings but without the crowds.
