Dog-friendly Home in Waterloo

We are sorry you did not have as good of an experience as we had hoped you would. We do however want to clarify a few things. The sheets and bedding were freshly laundered and changed prior to your arrival, as they are for every guest. We take considerable pride in our housekeeping and the standard of accommodation we provide. If you had raised your concerns early in your stay we would have immediately addressed these for you. We were disappointed in the condition the property was left. A considerable amount of furniture had been moved and not returned to its original position. Household items (toaster, coffee plunger etc) and mats had been relocated and the kitchen, stoves and floors required additional cleaning. It also appears you dog has dug a big hole in our garden. We absolutely encourage guests to make themselves comfortable and enjoy the property, but we also expect our home to be treated with reasonable care and consideration. We value guest feedback and always look to maintain the high standard of accommodation that previous guests have consistently appreciated.
