Beautiful house with a few downfalls
Beautiful home at a great location with a beautiful view but has a few downfalls.. • A/C has a lock on how low you can set it (70 degrees) which causes the entire house and mainly upstairs to be quite warm during Texas summer. Would suggest bringing fans or in our case had to go to Walmart and buy multiple…This is something you should have control over with how much you are doing to stay there. • First night there the breaker blew for a bedroom and bathroom upstairs slight inconvenience but they did get someone out the next afternoon to get it fixed. • The listing shows to have “roll away beds” in all bedrooms which is false. We did find two rolling cots in closets that we didn’t use because they folded up on us when they were sat on so we had to spend extra money on air mattress. • Pool and spa are nice but in order to turn the spa and lighting on you have to email the listing agent and get them to do it for you. which I think this is another thing you should have control over being how much you are spending to stay there. • Outdoor area in the back is nice although the yard and flower beds need attention, yard needed to be mowed and the flower beds need to be cleaned there was clothing, fake fingernails, and trash all through the beds by the pool and spa.
