This is a 4BR/3BA townhome in beautiful Compass Bay with lake views and located in the perfect area to Disney.


Our beautiful property includes all you will need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates 8 guests. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a lovely formal dining area and living room with a half bathroom for convenience.


All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. 1 Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin beds, 2 twin beds, and a full hallway bathroom.


Also has in house washer and dryer.


The charming screened in patio area is a peaceful retreat and perfect for outdoor dining.


Free Wifi, towels, linen are also provided. TVs located in the living room and in both queen bedrooms. The twin bedrooms do not have TV.


Guests can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which include heated pool, tot lot and pavilion. Pack n play as well as a high chair provided.

== ABOUT OUR RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter.


The use of the Grill is not included in the reservation. The cost is $50.00 total per reservation. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.


Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs/liquid, laundry detergent, bar soap, and shampoo) . Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.

Guest Access:
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.


LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm or later, Check out time in 10am or earlier. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.


NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.


NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.


MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.


PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.


CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.

GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS: DO NOT leave garbage in the condo. Dumpster sites are located 1) toward the gate off 192 on Seaview Castle Dr and 2) off Tocoa Circle near the park.
Both dumpster sites are emptied every day of the week.
Please make sure to place trash inside of the dumpsters.
POOL ACCESS: There is a pool key to access the resort pool area. This key is located in the lockbox outside of the front door of the property (code 7901). DO NOT lose this key. A $25 charge may apply.
