Trash pick up: Trash day is Tuesday, Please put the trash cans on the curb for the trash pickup on Monday night.
My goal is your satisfaction, great reviews, and repeat business. To avoid any misunderstandings, by renting this vacation home, you agree to the following rules:

1. You are responsible for any damages to the furniture and missing household items.

2. No smoking or loud parties are allowed.

3. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

4. No pets allowed. There is a $75 fee for service dogs.

5. Trash: Trash day is Tuesday, Please put the trash cans on the curb for the trash pickup.

6. Check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in is $25/hour upon availability. Check-out is at 11 am, and any holdover is charged at $50 per hour, plus the loss of any future rentals from that day and any legal fees that may be involved.

7. Excessive dirtiness will be charged at $150. Pool cleaned once per week. Extra pool cleaning fee $50.

8. You agree that the house and furniture are not brand new and are not in perfect condition. Please contact the host right away if any see issues with the house upon arrival.
