Excellent location and good equipment in the apartment. Close to Bonnie Doon Centre, which is handy. The only problem was with the Vrbo application: impossible to use with a french phone connexion. We had to call the Vrbo help line to know how to access the apartment: no direct message possible with the owners.

The unit is large, quiet, clean, self-contained and has everything you need for a short trip. The host was really easy to deal with and very laid-back. The location is in a quiet part of the old heritage neighborhood of Forest Heights and it's close to downtown and the Bonnie doing LRT.

This basement suite is in a good location with nice street parking. Upon arrival, it did not look like the stylized photos as advertised. Most of the photos posted are not of the unit, we stayed in. It was not clean, at least not to my standards. We stayed in August and the furnace was running the entire stay. When we tried to turn it down we discovered that they do not have a furnace filter, I hope they can look into that. There was garbage surrounding the laundry machine and under the beds. We did not get any direction for check out until after we had already left the property. We did our best to leave it as we received it. There was Netflix and good wifi, so that's good!
