Beach Club Doral 1002 has everything your family needs! From this 10th floor corner condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony! Special features include 2 HDTVs, 2 DVD players, sofa sleeper, a recliner, and WIFI. Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Doral pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below.



This condo is great for families or a couple! The king master bedroom privately adjoins the master bath. The half bath is located in the hall area and is convenient for all.



The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area.



Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes to preserve the linen.





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

No late checkouts. Housekeeping will be at your door at checkout time. Delay may result in rent for an additional day.

Pam was an awesome host and took care of everything that I needed. The beach view was awesome from my balcony. My only complaint would be the 40 parking fee.

Lovely week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay in 1002 Doral. It was comfortable with just the two of us and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to have higher chairs on the patio so that you can see over the railing. The other thing was the washing machine may be on its last leg. It was extremely loud. Other than that, we loved it!

Great Stay!

Beautiful location & condo. Beaches were pristine and not crowded. Only down side is that it was about a 20 minute drive from Gulf Shores - but perfect other than that!

We had a great stay in your lovely condo.

We really enjoyed our visit. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and neat. The king bed and sofa were very comfortable. We didn’t use the bunk beds. Nice bar stools, and appreciated the beach chairs in the closet. And we had great views of both the sunrises and sunsets! Doral is our favorite!

Lovely Last Minute Getaway

Our stay in The Beach Club’s Doral 1002 was wonderful. The condo is clean, well equipped and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The view is fantastic and the amenities were great as well. The pool and beach were clean and not crowded. Overall we loved it!!

Phenomenal Location and Views!

We had a great time at The Beach Club and the unit was clean, spacious and the private balcony had incredible Gulf views. The resort property is gorgeous and has incredible amenities making it a place that we will come back to many times.

Amazing Vacation Retreat

This property was just what we were looking for and we had an awesome time. The location was absolutely amazing. The view was incredible and the rooms were just as advertised. Condo and amenities were as described. View was beautiful and resort property was nice. Beach toys/accessories provided were a nice perk! Only downsides were the shower/tub needs updating and kitchen needs some TLC. There was mold under the caulking and tub was peeling/chipping away. A lot of the kitchen dishes, utensils, and pots/pans were dirty or old/rusted. Bring your own dish soap as the one provided
