Guests must not enter, cross, or pass through any secured construction areas at any time. There is no projected completion date for this work. Progress will depend on the weather and other external factors once construction begins. ***

From the location to the cost of the condo, everything was great! It was easy to book, easy to change our reservation, easy to enter the condo and when I had a question they were quick to respond. Family Time

We had a wonderful stay!! We had other family members that stayed in other condos on the property and it was very easy to get everyone together on the beach and also to grill. The only issue we had was the beds were much too hard. Other than that we had a blast!

Great Condo!

Great stay! Perfect location & view of beach. Management company was very easy to communicate with. No major issues… clean upon arrival (except floors needed to be mopped, as my feet were black after walking around barefoot). But they were sand-free!😊 Would definitely book again!!

Nice Clean Condo

Condo and condo property were well kept. Beach area was a mess. Lots of trash and visitors were allowed to leave beach chairs and tents overnight/forever. I thought they wanted turtles to nest but it didn't look like they could. Very sad.

Not impressed

Don’t be deceived by the pictures. The bathrooms smelled like urine, the condo smelled dirty in general. No pillows for the pull out couch besides spares from a closet that were nasty, old and flat. Pillows and blankets were sub-par. No deadbolt on the door, so anyone with the code could come in. Dishwasher and the Washer/dryer combo we’re all LOUD. The unit above us was doing construction and we listened to what sounded like a jackhammer for 2 days of our stay. Itrip (the management company) said that this is allowed but doesn’t disclose this anywhere. They also state that the vehicle parking pass is $25 but it $35. 2 people in our party left 2 days early because of this condo being such a disappointment. The only good thing about this place was the beach.

We appreciate the feedback. This guest was very unhappy about the unit above her having flooring redone during her stay. Unfortunately, in a condominium complex, there is no way for us to know when every owner is going to have work being done in their individual unit.

room 6610

Pros: Nice resort. Our room was nice for the most part. Great views from the master bedroom and family room/kitchen. Huge balcony. Nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Three huge tv's in the family room and bedrooms. The beach was clean and there were lots of crabs to see at night. The bathrooms had pocket doors so someone could use the sink while another person took a shower. We also arrived a few hours early and the owner responded quickly and gave us the code to get in early. Cons: Only 1 elevator worked and it was extremely hot inside. The master bedroom furniture wasn't the best. The mattress was too soft for our liking and was on a bed frame with rollers that was not attached to the headboard. We had to rearrange the bed everyday. The dresser drawers barely opened and closed so we could not use it. The sliding doors to the balcony were extremely hard to open, especially from the outside. You had to use two hands and hank as hard as you could. With such a huge balcony it would've been nice to have had more furniture as it only had a small table with 4 chairs. Even with these cons, we still think it was a nice place to stay for the money and would stay again. With just a few fixes, this place could go from good to great!

Amazing view as soon as you walk in :) pools and hot tub are great! The only thing I would say is if you have someone that will be sleeping on the couch is it not very comfy but we don't spend much time in the room so didn't bother us at all.
