Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and town this Stunning town side home is the perfect place to base yourself Down South.
Spend days at the beach, walk to the Jetty, go for a coffee or lunch in town.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and lockable garage. You will be comfortable all year round with Ducted Air conditioning and heating throughout the whole home.

All 3 TVs provided in the home are "Smart "so you can login to your Netflix, Stan or Prime accounts and watch your favorite TV shows and movies while away. With unlimited WIFI even the teenagers will be satisfied with this great family entertainer.
The kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare & cook the family meal including a Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, sandwich press and filtered water from the fridge.
There is a second fridge in the scullery for storing extra food and drinks for long stays.
Add some extra luxury to your vacation by relaxing in the deep bath offered in the Ensuite.

Amazing house!
This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for 2 kids 2 and under and 2 couples. The setup was amazing having the theatre at the other end from the kids once they slept. Perfect outdoor area and the location is absolutely spot on. Very happy with this house!

We (3 couples) were in Busselton for my husband 60th Birthday and to go on a private wine tour. I picked this house for the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which was just fantastic. The whole house was amazing a large 4x2 with another toilet in the laundry. All photos are true and it is a large house. Would stay there again.
