Tarcoola 41 home by the beach

Mini "resort", 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom canal front home. Right outside the beach and all other attractions.

Spacious home with multiple zones, large TV and bar, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, WiFi, Foosball table, and 2 more TVs on the first floor.
One bedroom with a Queen bed and an ensuite on the ground floor, everything else is upstairs: a King bed with an ensuite including a spa bath, and 6 singles to accommodate up to 10 guests.
There is a large pool and rooftop outdoor area with BBQ along the canal.
This property is fully fenced and can garage 2 vehicles; and double garage parking.

You may also hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.

41 Tarcoola Ave in late September

Great space for 2 families. Unfortunately we became acquainted with midgies (sand flies) and could not spend time outside without being attacked; or even have the fly screens open as we found out they can get through the ones in this house - so was eaten alive in our sleep (downstairs bedroom). Would have been nice to be warned about them. Also the pool obviously had heating but was not switched on; and the pool could have done with a clean. This was probably the biggest dissapointment as it would have drastically changed the dynamics of the stay; as the kids would have spent more than 5 mins in the pool at a time. Given it was late September the solar combined with the pool blanket would have worked a treat.

Lovely house, great position but not child friendly.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the house we booked due to ours being flooded. Over all nice but not child friendly and appliances hard to work as all knobs worn and no instructions anywhere. Outside heater couldn’t be used as it was seized. Front door lock was dangerous, could chop a finger off if not careful. House just needs some attention. Did enjoy holiday though.

Great house in a great location

We stayed here with two other families. The house is large, air conned, large pool and with canal access the kids could paddle around on boards and kayaks for hours, plus do a little fishing off the beach. 10 min walk to the beach and surf club. House was very clean and everything worked we’ll. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location on the Canal

We are a group of friends that enjoyed our stay at this large spacious home. Great location with canal views within walking distance to shops eateries and beach. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of some parts the house especially the toilets and bench tops. Weren't happy that we cleaned these areas. Would return if guarantee of cleanliness.
