Magnificent sunsets over long westerly lake views, private dock, stairs down to the water. Sit back and enjoy a family gathering around the fire pit and gazebo on the lower lawn overlooking the lake. Our names are Meredith and JP. We both grew up in Massachusetts and now live on the north shore of Massachusetts. We met one fateful night at a bar in Boston called the Sail Loft. Since then, we have been making memories traveling around the world and raising our pug named Charlie and our daughters Maya and Zoey. We own a gym in Charlestown and enjoy being outside and staying active.

Why they chose this property

We have spent plenty of weekends on lakes in New Hampshire and Maine and have always dreamed of owning a house on a lake, but never thought it would be possible. It was love at first sight when we saw this place and we continue to fall in love every time we visit.

What makes this property unique

It is not every day that you can experience perfection. Lake views from almost every room in the house, sunsets directly across the lake, a gazebo so you can eat lunch in the shade, a dock so you can tie up your boat, a gigantic wrap around deck, a massive fire pit on a gorgeous lawn, and the list goes on... What's not to love?
