We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything our group needed for a relaxing week at the beach. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out. The location was fantastic, with easy beach access and beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family….all 20 of us! Everyone was happy and enjoyed all the amenities! The busy road makes using any bikes difficult especially with kids. Otherwise it was wonderful to not have to worry about beach towels, chairs or coolers!

House accommodations & amenities were excellent….There was plenty of room for our group of 17 with privacyLocation with close beach access wonderful…The pool was quite a walking distance from the house & was not open for the first 4 days we were there….We did hav communication with the manager re the pool & a dishwasher issue….

Christmas Family Holiday

I booked this property due to its size and accommodations for our family get away. We had 18 total adults along with all their children for the entire Christmas week. Everything was as advertised plus. Seascape Properties and VRBO made sure everything went as planned. The old saying “you get what you pay for” proved true and we were all very satisfied during our stay. I will certainly consider this unit for any future rentals in this area. Thanks again for everything.

The refrigerator would not cool below 50 degrees and the freezer wouldn't freeze below 10 degrees. With 15 guests and having all our meals in, it was definitely a challenge. The Internet kept going out. One of the dryers did not dry. There was a water leak in one ceiling and drywall fell on the vanity below it. There was black marks, guessing mold, in another bathroom and on the exhaust fan. The management company was quick to respond and did everything they could possibly do. Thinking the Owner needs to get some serious maintenance done. I would think a 10 bedroom home accommodating up to 25 guests would have a 2nd refrigerator somewhere in the home. Great place just had to keep reaching out and complaining, not something you want to do on vacation.
