About this property
Alpine Abode
Very sunny, light and airy with views to the mountains. A park is located directly in front of house with own gate access. A short stroll to town or 5 minute drive to Wanaka Lake foreshore and Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields are both approx 20 mins drive away. Close to Medical Centre, golf course, Ruby’s cinema and a couple of nice restaurants: Bistro Gentil, The Stoaker Room and Apres.
Two nicely appointed bathrooms (one has a bath) both with underfloor heating. Separate toilet.
