A SARATOGA TRIFECTA!

Comfortable and surprisingly spacious, this charming 3-bedroom ranch provides the ideal accommodations for enjoying Saratoga Springs. Nestled on a side street with a large backyard, yet located in-town and close to everything, this house is the one that you've been looking for. Easy access to I-87 makes exploring the region a breeze. Comfort, charm, and convenience! That's what you'll get with the Saratoga Trifecta!

The master bedroom has a king bed with plush mattress. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. All bedrooms have a dresser and a mirror.

In warmer months, enjoy relaxing on the screened porch or out in the yard. It's on a quarter-acre lot, which is fantastic for a property in town. A gas grill is provided for your use.

Basic TV and wireless internet are provided. Stream to the Chromecast on the TV if desired. A washer and dryer are available for your use. All rooms are air-conditioned in the summer with window units. Two bedrooms have ceiling fans.

NOTE: Max occupancy is 6 people who are 2 years old or older (plus maybe an infant or two). Please do not ask to have more than that. Six is comfortable, any more is uncomfortable.

It's an older home but it's in good shape and was very clean. The location couldn't be any better as you have short distances to all the attractions in the Saratoga Springs area. We would absolutely stay there again.

Saratoga trifecta

It was a great stay! We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the location. We were close to the racetrack, casino, and downtown. Perfect for us! The house was very well stocked with all the essentials and more! Plenty of games and books as well as anything you could ever need in the kitchen. I highly recommend Bert - was a great host and I would definitely stay again!

Overall, I’d say the house was nice, but it needed a thorough cleaning. I was surprising my sisters with a getaway and the first door we walked into everything was dirty. I was so disappointed. But I think with a little tender, loving care and a little bit of paint I would give you an excellent rating. The bets were very comfortable in the house spacious. Thank you for all the amenities. That location was very nice for finding things to do in the area.

Perfect stay! Would recommend to anyone!

This house was perfect for my stay in Saratoga while I competed at the Skidmore Classic! It had all the necessities equipped for my stay! Bert was very accommodating and was always there if I needed something! I would for sure recommend this house, especially if you have younger kids. The Large back yard with chairs and a hammock made a great place for my younger siblings to get their energy out! Will book again next year if I come back!

Enjoyed our weekend stay, lots of space including 2 bathrooms with plenty of towels and essentials. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking/dining in. Great location in quiet neighborhood with quick Uber ride to downtown Saratoga or Ballston Spa. Would definitely book again!

Great Saratoga Home!

This is our second year renting this great Saratoga home and we plan to come back next year. It is conveniently located to the town and well kept and clean. The owner is very helpful and does a great job of ensuring everything is ready. Excellent house!

The house had everything we needed, including lots of extras. A nice big yard, outdoor patio and grill, board games, etc. It was ideally located from the track, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A diner, convenience store, and liquor store were all within walking distance. Bert was a hands off host, but made it abundantly clear he would be there at a moments notice if we needed anything. The only thing missing was tips for the winning horses!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great house to the Track

A sweet location!

With a diner just around the corner and a convenience store down the street, this place was ideal. We walked downtown. Bert was very accommodating and easy to work with. The house was clean, spacious, had everything we needed plus some extras that we'd never expect (like coffee and tea, shampoo, etc.). We will stay here the next time we're in Saratoga!

Why they chose this property

You'll feel right at home with the quality furnishings and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Free wireless internet allows streaming to compliment the 30+ basic TV channels offered. The location is very convenient. A mile walk gets you to downtown, but just 5 houses down the street is a Stewart's Shop (convenience store with mini-grocery and and ice cream shop) and another block past that is a Fresh Market grocery and several quick restaurants and a coffee shop. You have very easy access to downtown and I-87 (The Adirondack Northway) to explore more of the region.

What makes this property unique

This house is not in the busiest part of downtown, but is very close to everything. It has just the right amount of space inside and in the yard to really relax and enjoy yourself after a day enjoying what Saratoga has to offer!
