The Kora and The Dawson are two homes next to each other, less than 10 minutes to Broadway and minutes to Music Row & The Gulch. A 6-minute walk takes you to The Gulch, home to What Lifts You wing mural, HOTBOX, boutique shopping, and LA Jackson’s and Virago. Whole Foods and 3rd Man Records are a 5-minute drive away, while Broadway is just 8 minutes and Nissan Stadium is 11 minutes away.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything like onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
