One of the original 1920's Davis Island fishing camps, Westview Cottage is a small waterfront accommodation offering 365 sq. ft. of recently redecorated space. This privately owned, 1-bedroom cottage offers amazing westerly water views toward the quaint village of Wiscasset. The self-catering cottage is well-appointed for a comfortable weekend or week-long stay in Mid-coast Maine. The central location just off Route 1 provides perfect a location for accessing all this area has to offer—beaches, waterfront dining, museums, hiking trails, kayaking, outlet shopping, antiquing, or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The cottage has a garden sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a community fire pit available for use on the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort waterfront property.

The cottage was perfect. Immaculately clean and a wonderful location. It has all the cooking supplies you would need and the layout was just what we needed for two people. The location is quiet and very safe with wonderful sunsets on the river. We stayed for 5 days and did site seeing down all the harbors and inlets from Rockland on south.
