Highly recommend - they have central AC which is a huge plus. Very nice amenities with the BBQ and hot tub … just the perfect place.

Great place to stay around Lake Tahoe. Close to grocery store, shopping, public beach access, restaurants etc. Property is well furnished and clean. Host was great to work with and even accommodated a change in plans last minute. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. Everything was perfect and made for a comfortable trip. The location is great—conveniently close to grocery stores, shopping, and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Customer service was excellent, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for our group of 6. Walking distance to coffee shops and groceries. Hosts were extremely kind and accommodating! One of the best experiences I’ve had for vacation rentals.

The host was very accommodating. The place is nice and new. Kitchen missing few essential items. No hair dryer. Not enough towels. If these things were present, I would give 5 stars. Sounds picky, I know. Great location. I would stay again.

The house itself was very nice. New everything and it was all very clean. I also have an electric vehicle so, having a 240v outlet in the garage was fantastic. Very please with the house itself. The location wasn't great. It's close to a busy road with a lot of road noise. The two views from the house were of parking lots. It also has a shared backyard which was fine, but we would have liked a bit more privacy. We still enjoyed our stay despite these drawbacks.

Beautiful place. We traveled with our adult children and it was perfect for us. The place was very clean. The owner answered all my questions promptly. I did ask if there was a vacuum but the home did not include one. I think this would be a plus to have and help keep home clean throughout the stay. We cooked most meals in so the huge island was nice with the open concept. I do wish there was some more oven proof pans. Overall, though we enjoyed the place. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

We arrived on time for check-in and found the heat turned off, with the home at 44 degrees. While the heater did work, it took several hours before it was comfortable enough to occupy.The townhouse is very close to a main road, and traffic noise was noticeable at night. The location itself is convenient and close to many attractions.Booking and payment were the most challenging part. Although VRBO requires payments through their platform, the management company sent separate invoices with different amounts to my email and, once paid, would not coordinate with VRBO to clear the outstanding balance. Check-in instructions were also incomplete, and I had to contact VRBO to obtain the access code the day before arrival. Many phone calls were made to VRBO with zero concern from the host. VRBO itself was very helpful throughout this.The townhouse was clean, nicely decorated, and had basic necessities. While the home itself was pleasant, due to the communication and booking issues, I would not stay here again.
