Spacious home great location!

Overall the house was what we needed - it was full of beds and you could walk into town. Only complaints are that the description said 5 showers and the outdoor shower was broken and one shower inside was ice cold. So we had 17 girls to 3 showers all weekend. Also the lights for the hallway and bedrooms downstairs went out so we had to get ready in the dark. But the owner was very apologetic and nice about it. Huge house!

Great House

We rented the property for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The house is huge and very clean, and there’s tons of space so you don’t feel on top of one another. Ishu was incredibly helpful to us and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Ishu's place!

This property is beautiful, in a great location, in great condition, and a great manager/owner. Ishu was incredible and gave us very good recommendations of things to do, places to go, and when to go there. She is very receptive to inquiries and is great at communicating quickly to accommodate even the smallest of your needs. The house itself is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the town of Dewey. The house is in a cute little cul-de-sac with great neighbors that mind their own business but are friendly when you see them out and about. You can easily sleep 17 people in this home without anyone feeling uncomfortable or crammed in. I highly recommend staying here!!

Girls weekend trip

Unfortunately, this house appears to have been left uncleaned for quite some time. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, as well as a large number of living bugs in all areas of the property, several light bulbs were burnt out in crucial areas- such as the bathroom and kitchen- making the process of getting ready for really anything, rather difficult. The water filter for drinking water was on red, meaning it needed to be changed. Lastly, upon entering and through out the duration of the stay, there was an overall surrounding smell of mold through out the house. We had high hopes for this house to exceed our low expectations but unfortunately that was not the case, these are all things that can be taken care of, so it’s my hope that this property is better for the next renter.

Dewey/ Rehoboth beach

We had great communication with the host. The house was spacious and plenty of room for air mattresses. The kitchen was perfect with the island and a dining room table for the large groups to eat altogether. The living room, the back deck and front patio were all great places to sit altogether. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Oh and can’t forget about the slightly secluded outdoor shower! Not to mention, The parking was unheard of.. We were able to park 9 cars in the driveway! The only downfall was that it was a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for most of the guest, but my sister is unable to walk far distances, but the hosts were able to lend us one residential parking pass in order to drive and park right next to the beach! Amazing experience! Even after we left, my roommate forgot his keys and she was able to send it to us!

Great family friendly and close to the beach

We stayed with family for a few days with kids under 7 years old. The place was very accomodating with plenty of space to sleep and move around. The Place is also very close to the beach about 7 mins walk. I recommend this place for anyone with a large group with kids, they also have plenty of toys to keep the kids busy. The host is super accomdtaing and communicative, you are in a very good hand. Over all excellent service.

Large and accommodating beach house!

Amazing house for a large group

We had a group of 14 girls in Dewey for our annual girls weekend. This house was exactly as described in the listing - actually even better than described. There were sufficient bedrooms, bathrooms, and space for all 14 of us and it didn't feel cramped at all. The porch area outdoors was great and we spent alot of time there. The house is located in a nice quiet area but also a quick walk to the beach and all the bars in Dewey. I would recommend.

And just like home, iIt's a way of life!

Stayed there a couple of days and love it!! The house is light-filled and open, nice kitchen and backyard to BBQ. The living area is very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, sit back and enjoy! The short walk to the beach and the area restaurants and night life was perfect. I will be back!

Steal !!! "gorgeous house,best location & affordable price "

Absolutely wonderful experience! Stayed here for my birthday 2016.One of the best places to plan a party , gathering or a getaway.It is easy to locate and less them 10 mins drive to beach,bars and restaurants as well as shopping outlets.The house is big enough to accommodate 2 - 10 people, huge rooms,spacious kitchen and well maintained .I will for sure come back here again after my great experience !

Beautiful home, fun town!

Stayed here New Year's 2017. This beautiful property was a great location for our group to ring in the new year. Plenty of space, well kept, and close to everything. Loved it!
