There is a washing machine but no laundry rack or washing detergent and there is an ironing board but no iron. Front desk says these things are on request basis but it takes them 30mins to bring me the laundry rack and 15 mins for the detergent and 20mins to deliver to the iron. Why have a On Request policy if they cannot meet the request efficiently?

nice hotel with wonderful facilities

Great stay

This Fraser is very new and nice. Rooms are very good size and big. TVs are new. The breakfast selection is much better than the Fraser Residence Sudirman. I would definitely go back to stay there again for my next business trip.

Nice 1 bedder with plenty of space

Very spacious 1 bedroom which just released although could have been made cleaner (saw spider web inside the unit) but overall clean condition. Staff very friendly & helpful (able to bring up breakfast when my kid was sick). Breakfast choice & taste are standard hotel quality & selection quite ok. Location also nice near CBD & stone throw away from main Kuningan road. Hope the maintenance level will be high standard as well for future booking.

Excellent customer service. Spacious living room, master bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful landscape. Sadly the neighbourhood is not to my liking. Definitely will return to fraser on my next trip.

Got a room with good view to the surroundings area. It has a good size of bathroom. Bed is King just what we like. Staffs are lovely. The Swimming pool is big, relaxing with great views. Will definitely be back here.
