Totalmente renovado y con $ 1m Ver y 2 balcones

Esta unidad está en el lado del río de la comunidad cerrada. El garaje está por debajo de la zona de estar y los dormitorios y cuartos de baño completo están por encima de la zona de estar. Hay 2 dormitorios, el principal con una cama King ajustable, y el invitado con 2 camas Queen, (uno es nido a nivel del piso). También hay 2 camas ocultas de tamaño individual en la sala de estar. Hay una gran ducha en el baño principal, y un combo de bañera / ducha en el segundo cuarto de baño completo. Dormir extra sería en los colchones de aire en el armario del pasillo (NO se garantiza que no haya fugas), o en los asientos reclinables (2) en la sección de la sala de estar. La mesa de comedor tiene 4 sillas y 4 taburetes de bar son de la misma altura en el mostrador y se pueden usar en la mesa para una zona de estar más grande. La unidad está completamente amueblada con platos, sábanas y todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar. La casa ha sido completamente remodelado, incluyendo todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Hay 4 sillas en el balcón principal, y 2 sillas en el balcón principal.

Beautiful relaxing place

Everything in the home was clean well organized the master bed is beyond spectacular great views great location and the owners for very nice I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to go up there and stay

Wonderful Stay

Everything about this Condo is great. Comfortable place, great view. We stayed 7 weeks and going back next year. Pool and hot tub are nice and warm. Cheryl the host is very nice and gets back to you right away with any questions you have. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Condo on the Water

I loved the little condo on the water. Great for two couples and convenient location, next to a supermarket and not far from casinos. I would definitely stay here again.

If you want to stay on the river, this the perfect place. Close to restaurants and garage parking. The condo was spotless and very beautiful! We loved it. The neighbors were super friendly too!

Everything we expected!

From the beginning to the end our stay here was nothing short that amazing! Location was close to the river, stores and restaurants. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views were unbelievable. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice relaxing time.

Great place!

I can say one of theost comfortable places we've stayed. Cheryl, owner, is so incredibly responsive! We enjoyed a warm fire a couple of nights after long bowling tournament days. Everything was amazing. Master bedroom bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable! Hope to stay with this host for future bowling tournaments.

The property itself is an older building, but the home is beautifully renovated and clean. The owner was responsive and the property managers were pleasant and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Great Place

Very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Kitchen had a full assortment of pots, pans and dishes. Had a minor issue with the door code, but this was quickly resolved by the host. The place has a nice view of the river and it's only a short drive over to Laughlin. There's a grocery store close by too. Would stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen and linens. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Furniture was comfortable also. Pool was a little crowded with regulars but they were very nice. Owner text right back when I contacted him.

Peaceful and Beautiful

I took my mother on a mini staycation to this adorable condo and was so happy with my choice. The views were breathtaking, the location was central to everything we needed and it was calm and peaceful. The neighbors were quiet, everyone was courteous and the condo was very clean. I would highly recommend this place for a single person, couple, or family. It had a welcoming feeling, and all the amenities any age group would require for downtime.

So very well stocked. Everything from kitchen supplies to very comfortable bed. We were in town for an unexpected passing of a family member. Having this clean comfortable home was much needed and appreciated after spending much of our stay taking care the things we needed to while in Bullhead City. Room to spread out and relax. I almost booked the Holiday Inn so glad I came to my senses and found this gem.

Beautiful views of the river!

The place was great! It's so nice when the pictures of the view/scenery shown on the listing site actually match the views seen once you're there. Too many times, we see pictures that make it seem that you'll have a great view, but once you arrive at the property that's not the case. The views of the river were wonderful and matched EXACTLY what was shown on the booking site! The whole place was lovingly decorated with a Beach/waterfront vibe. And the owner was very responsive during our stay. We'd love to go back!

The view was my favorite part

Loved the view of the river and watching the birds with my morning coffee. Everything else was perfect. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen well stocked and an easy walk to starbucks. This unit is riverfront but also no one is above or beneath you. Host was delightful and responsive. Very friendly community at the pool & hot tub.

What a perfect little getaway - SERENITY NOW

I have been coming to Bullhead City for quite a while and have seen these condos. I had NO Idea what an adorable little community nestled in the city. It was so peaceful watching the river flow by. The grounds were clean, and the dock was amazing to sit and thank God how amazing HIS creation is. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We are Glen and Cheryl, together since high school, married since 1984. We met in Laughlin in 1978, dated long distance, and have a love for the town of Bullhead City. This is our vacation and retirement home, now that we retired. We are full time in Las Vegas, and get to Bullhead a good amount of the weekends and Holidays. We have 2 grown children, and their spouses, who also enjoy the condo and the area. Cheryl's large family all live in the area, since 1973. You might meet them using the pool area or the dock to fish from. Feel free to ask any questions... they surely know the answers.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We always said if we ever live in Bullhead City, it will be on the river. It is! It is so relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoy boating on the river, fishing from the dock or from the boat, and hanging out by the pool with neighbors, friends and family. The balconies are great to watch the amazing sunsets, and to reflect and bird watch on the cool mornings, before the river gets its typical crowds. You will see kayakers, SUP's, birds, ducks, fishing boats, and enjoy the incredible smell and sounds of the river. The bonus is on those windy or cool days and nights, the views are perfect from indoors, on the sectional, in the living room, with a fire in the fireplace and a nice glass of wine or hot chocolate! If that sounds fun, you will love it, everything is onsite.

No expenses were spared in our renovation. It was built for us, by us, not just to rent out. There are only 8 units in this complex with the views and balconies we have. The 2 buildings along the river have 16 units in total, 8 facing the pool and marina, and 8 facing the river. The other buildings have different floorplans (a unit above or below them), different layouts, and different views, none like the G and H buildings.
