This is a lovely condo in a great location. River view was amazing from the spacious patio. The kitchen was fully equipped and efficient. Our owner was very responsive to questions prior to our stay which was very helpful. Bedrooms are huge and we won the toss for the Master and the coveted spa/tub! Our pups really enjoyed the walks to the island and their daily goose encounters! The pet amenity stations were helpful as well. A very enjoyable stay all around.

Laura was great from the beginning! There were some issues with the website booking but she was quick with fixing it and sending us a link. She also was very responsive! We have stayed at these condos for 5 years now and it’s always been amazing

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The view was absolutely beautiful — a highlight of our stay — and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Clean & comfortable

It was perfect we enjoyed the place. We liked that it was dog friendly it was clean and Laura was great and available. I would definitely go back and recommend this place. The condo was quiet, relaxing and everyone there was friendly.

Weekend Getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway with family for River fun. Condo was clean. I will say guest bedroom bed was very hard and lights flickered on ceiling and the fan did not work. Minor things but overall a nice condo. Couldn’t accommodate for a little earlier check in which was a bummer considering the post on the listing.

Clean, comfortable, and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It felt very homey, and has a beautiful views of the river from the third floor balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, much better than other rentals I’ve stayed at. The mattresses were comfortable, it was like being at home. There’s a large pool and Spa, and a fun green belt right on the river with the beach that is dog friendly. The place overall pretty quiet, and the neighbors we met were very friendly. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Good location, poorly maintained unit

We couldn’t use deck because it was filthy. The interior was cluttered, dated & could use a deep cleaning. Won’t be returning to that unit. We’ve stayed in other units at that property that were very nice , this one wasn’t.

Great Condo Unit

Nice comfortable condo unit. Everything would have been 5 star. After cleaning the balcony we were able to enjoy the view. No hot water for the jetted bathtub. But will still return. Great host

Great space, great views!

Our family (my husband, and I, two adults sons and daughter-in-law) spent several days at Laura's condo on the beautiful Colorado River. We loved the terrace, comfy furniture, terrific location, super quiet, watching the boats go by, and all the casino fun in Laughlin, and the amazing drives through Grapevine Canyon. We really enjoyed our time, thank you for sharing this great home with us!

Best place to enjoy the Colorado River

Me and my family have stayed by the Colorado river many times, camping trailer etc. this was by far the best experience.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time at Laura's condo. Very spacious place. The complex is nice--busy but quiet! I think the view is great! Patio area is probably tougher to keep clean then the rest of the place but it could use a bit of attention (cushions, railings, door tracks, etc.) Kitchen was great, well equipped, and everything else was just as described. Would stay again. Thank you!
