Great place for the price.

House and location we’re great, property manager was very responsive and helpful. Only draw back master bedroom bed really needs a box spring, but we would most diffinately stay again if available.

Great home

Everyone was so welcoming... Mr Martins, the property manager, Simbiat, the real estate agent and rest of the staff. Every day was a peaceful, quiet day by the pool. The house is quite spacious & beautiful. Kids loved the wifi Shops were close by Overall we had a great time.

HLSR closing

We didn’t get to stay at the property due to the closing of HLSR. Amy was very understanding about us not being able to stay at the property. We were really looking forward to staying at the property and showing our animal at the HLSR. We will definitely look for the property next year.

Stay could've been better

Overall I gave this property a 3 rating because there were some things that was unsatisfactory for me but may be okay for others. I travel often and I'm used to a certain standard when traveling. My family and I stayed at this property this past week (Thanksgiving week) and upon arriving to the property the front door was really dirty when walking up to the property it looked abandoned. The inside of the house was okay but the base boards were dirty and the house looked like it hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a while. It appeared the house was just surfaced cleaned. In addition to this throughout the day and at night time there was this knocking noise that was really loud and it kept me up at night. We left a day early because of this, it caused me to have a really bad migraine. The upstairs TV didn't work the entire time we were there so we only had one TV for everyone to watch (6 people). Also this house is attached to the house next door by a hallway which I would've preferred that information to be disclosed in the description of the property. Overall this house has the potential to be a great property but it's in need of some updating and cleaning.

Wonderful visit to Houston, Galveston and Katy, TX

This was a real nice experience for our family. The only problem was traffic. With this location you had to use highways to go anywhere. The problem was that the state was working on all the highways and we sat in traffic jams that lasted over an hour. That being said, we had an awesome visit and the property manager was a lovely young woman. The only thing that didn't work was the dishwasher. Thank you and I wou would recomend to anyone to use your site. Sincerely, Dennis Carey

I loved the home and its location

My family and I enjoyed ourselves, The home was big enough and clean, We had everything we needed, The host was real nice, he was quick to respond to any questions I had, I texted him about a problem and he was on it in a timely matter, The neighborhood was real nice and quiet,We enjoyed the pool area and in the near future we will be back!!

3 day Weekend at the big House!

We rented the home from Fri to Monday. Had absolutely no problems, and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Pool was cleaned Sunday Morning. Plenty of towels. Propane pit worked! Clean comfortable rooms. Only complaint was the heater didnt work for the pool and spa. Other than that, highly recommended!

Pros: We had a scheduling issue before we got there (totally my error) and the owner made it extremely easy to correct. Check in was easy! The place had very nice floor plan/layout. The furniture was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Cons: The front door could have been cleaned. Overall cleanliness. it was basic clean. There's a lot to be said about a couple coats of paint, new clean seat cushions, or just clean the walls, etc..so we didn't even go no where near the pool! it would have been nice to have cable and tvs in the bedrooms. An added touch of luggage racks would have been a great. I don't like my luggage on the floor. Bring your own iron. I would recommend with the above mentioned comments especially in regards to being thoroughly cleaned and updated painting.

Overall stay experience

The house was sufficient the appliances were great to have. Living areas are in decent shape but no cable although the internet provided worked. The only downside is the furniture and the bathrooms are out-dated. The mattresses were AWFUL, definitely not a place to entertain but serves its purpose for the price. The pool was a great perk to have as well, the family had a great time splashing around.

House is beautiful and cozy. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Downfall is the king size bed was uncomfortable. Needs a box spring under the memory foam and it will be fine. And the upstairs tv didn't work. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Overall fine but was a bit misleading

I had the impression that we would have access to all of he house but instead only had access to the right half of the house. I believe the owners my have stayed on the property in the guest house which would have been fine if that was mentioned. Also know cable television just local channel. Nothing obsurd of the property because it is a beautiful home it just could have been better decorated/ prepared

Not as advertised

First I want to say owner of property is very nice and accommodating and tried to help as much as possible. Here is my criticism, I think the house (on the outside) is has seen and structurally sound but here are the problems. Upon arrival was shown house by property manager, my first initial thoughts was she just woke up from one of the beds we have to sleep in. Secondly I could tell right off house was not clean, floor were dirty and in need of mopping. Went around house and each bedroom and saw a huge problem...there were no TV's in the entire house except 1 in the den. Turned on tv there was no cable, had to download our personal apps from home in order to watch anything. The beds in the rooms were horrible felt like we slept on concrete and the master bedroom king has poles glued to the mattress underneath to keep it upright. Pool was dirty and never cleaned our entire stay and the backyard had lawnmowers and other junk in the backyard. The pool was actually at the adjacent property, which someone lives there, so it was somewhat awkward to use the pool because you felt watched. Hardly any cookware or utensils in kitchen to cook with and the one skillet they had was under the sink, filthy and appeared that someone had just finished cooking eggs and left it there. I am 6'1 250 lbs, the shower in the master was so small I felt like a trapped sardine! We had to was the bed linens to sleep on them, seeing they were filthy upon arrival (we have pictures to prove it). We actually thought about leaving but had our elderly mother in law with us and did not want to keep moving her. I must say the owner was extremely nice, listened to the problems and tried his best to fix them, actually gave me money back for the place being dirty, brought another tv over for upstairs sitting area and bought cleaning supplies. I'm not saying this is a horrible place, I'm saying the owner needs to do something's to make the place more inviting and comfortable for guest. Would I stay here again, probably not but I believe it could be a good property if small adjustments are made. G. Louis Birmingham, AL

Wonderful location, wonderful host/hostess, wonderful stay

I absolutely recommend choosing this home for your vacationing or living needs. Mr. Martins and Ms. Cynthia were absolutely wonderful, professional, and accommodating. The home is beautiful, clean, and child friendly. We felt right at home the entire time we were there and I would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future for our home away needs. Thank you guys so much for everything. You were perfect.
