Bienvenido a Dolphin View! Nuestra casa en la playa se encuentra en Destin's East Pass y Destin Harbor. Es fundamental para las actividades más populares de Destin y el puerto. La vista del embarcadero de nuestro Lanai ocupará a los huéspedes durante horas. Puede ver las vainas de los delfines rebaños de bancos de peces a lo largo de la barrera de rocas y observar cómo los barcos de pesca de aguas profundas corren hacia el golfo por las mañanas y regresan por la tarde. Dé un paseo a Norriego Point, la playa local más allá de las puertas del complejo East Pass Tower para el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales todos los jueves a las 9 de la noche entre Memorial Day y Labor Day, o vea los fuegos artificiales en la piscina. Encontrarás que nuestro condominio está cómodamente amueblado, decorado con buen gusto, tiene capacidad para 6 personas y tiene un amplio Lanai accesible desde la sala de estar y los dos dormitorios. El Water Taxi está a solo unos pasos y lo llevará a través del puerto a su ubicación favorita: ¡SIN TRÁFICO!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Even though the complex was experiencing air conditioner problems, we were comfortable because our host had portable AC units set up for temporary use. The location was very safe and secure, however, the many different security codes were overwhelming.

The condo and complex was very clean and just as described. The view was beautiful. From the beach area, we enjoyed watching the sea turtles up close and even saw some dolphins jumping in the distance. Our stay was comfortable, and the condo was equipped with every amenity needed. We loved spending time at the pool and beach. Also, the communication from host was fantastic as they made checking in and out easy and responded quickly to any questions. My family had a great stay at Dolphin View!
We loved watching the sea turtles in the water right off the back beach area behind the pool.
I enjoyed my morning coffee with a spectacular view every morning.
Fireworks across the way by “AJ’s” were fun to watch. That area seemed to be a lively spot and was where the October fishing rodeo weigh-ins were taking place.
Sunset from the jetties down the O’Steen beach trail. This was just a short walk from the condo. Sunsets are great here, as are beach days.

Great Location . Its approximately 3 miles from the grocery store, convince store, liquor store, restaurants and more. Each room has its own access to the baclony which overlooks both the pool and the gulf. The place was super clean !The host was patient and accommodating . with my ever-changing itinerary . We enjoyed our stay and will rent this propetty again.

My favorite VRBO

Check-in was super easy. There are about 8 different key codes for the facility. Parking was easy. It was a quite and clean building. Elevators were always quickly avaliable. The owners was easily reachable and quick responses. The condo itself was incredibly clean! Honestly, the cleanliness of the floors was very impressive. No black feet or grit! The king bed mattress was fantastic. The sheets & towels were super soft! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful. During our stay there wasn't much wind so it was humid and hot on the balcony. The pool is smallish for the size of the building and it seemed hazy, but there wasn't an odor. The only bad thing was the very long walk to the tide pools (snorkel beach). The area beside the building is under construction and the walk won't be as terrible once that's complete. The snorkel beach area is pretty with perfect waves for the littles and snorkeling. However, there is far more litter than there should be. It wasn't crowded and the water was mostly clear. We did see about 4 dolphins one day in the distance. The condo is in a quite area away from the hustle and bustle of Destin. But a very short drive to everything you need. I definitely want to come back here.

It family really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, and let me tell you Mrs Melissa has everything you need. She had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and more. The location is great, we snorkeled all day and saw plenty of wildlife. I’d highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back sooner rather than later.Also, Melissa was awesome in responding and making sure we had everything we needed. It felt like I was renting from a friend. Thank you Melissa!

Beach vacation

Our stay was very nice. Pool is excellent and the apartment was very nice. Only bad part was jellyfish in the ocean. Hopefully they will be gone next time we come

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very communicative and updated us about the place and events going on in the area during our stay. The location is great! It's close to restaurants, shopping and Henderson Beach State Park (that's where we like to hang at the beach). The condo had all the comforts of home available; very comfortable beds and pillows, all the kitchen necessities needed, nice condo pool area, plus use of beach chairs and towels if needed. I really liked that so we didn't have to buy or carry extra items with us on our trip. The condo is located in a quiet area, it had great views of the the boats coming and going and the bonus of a fireworks show Thursday evening! This was a quick trip for us but I would like to come back and stay longer next time. The hosts were fabulous!

Beautiful Destin Stay

My family and I had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful and clean. Communication with the owner was wonderful. The only negative is that there are SEVERAL codes you need (not owners fault). We saw dolphins swimming from the balcony. Norriego Point is right next to the building. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Condo but….

I really appreciated this condo. It was clean and all the items provided in the condo were amazing. The host was easy to work with and communicated well. We enjoyed taking the water taxi, the sunset view and view of the fireworks was great.The chairs at the pool were very comfortable We enjoyed watching the boats and water skis. However, there were lots of codes to try to remember, auto gate, pedestrian gate, elevator, pools, room. You only had access to the upper pool and the beach area was not what I would consider a beach. The construction on the tower next door was loud everyday except Sunday. People were smoking in the lower pool area making it unpleasant at times at the pool I was at. I wish there was an easy way to access the nice walking area to Norriego Point. We made use of Henderson State Beach and it was also great.

Fantastic vacation

It was a fantastic vacation!! The host was most helpful! Each time I reach out to her, which was on several occasions, she was very polite in providing instructions and answering my questions. The condo was very clean and had practical everything we needed (from kids toys to beach items, and all other practical kitchen items). Such things made our stay enjoyable. Plan to return in the near future.

Paradise!

My husband, 2 daughters, granddaughter and myself stayed for 10 days. It was an amazing vacation. Very clean and looked just liked the pictures. We were right at home. The view is amazing. Who wouldn’t want to look at the water all day! Loved the pool with the padded chairs. We enjoyed ourselves! Definitely recommend!

Great Property

My family and I really enjoyed the Condo. It's was clean and welcoming. The location was great and it had an awesome view of the water. It wasn't far from the attractions and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would mostly definitely book this property again.

Too loud

We were impressed on how beautiful and clean the condo was. We were in love! The very first night there was an error coming from a control panel directly beneath our condo that beeped every 5 seconds and continued until we left. Not terrible but just bothersome, especially when trying to go to sleep. Then.. Tuesday at promptly 9 am, tower 2 had construction. They were jack hammering the tile off the balconies which lasted until 5pm each day. We picked this condo for the big balcony and beautiful view which we couldn't sit outside to enjoy any of it. And forget sitting by the pool. Even with the door closed, it forced us to leave for the day. I believe this type of construction should have been disclosed. We chose this location to relax on vacation just the 2 of us for the first time in 20 years and it wasn't relaxing.

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Beautiful location right on the pass….loved watching the boats go by from our large covered terrace. We saw sooo many dolphin right off the beach…beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on Holiday Isle, which is a quiet residential area just off hwy 98. Felt very safe while out walking, enjoying the local marinas. Many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Unit was exceptionally clean, beds super comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with anything you could need. Easy check in process, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit on Emerald Coast

We had a terrific visit with friends staying in a beautiful unit with fabulous view. All aspects of rental, check in and stay were easily handled and professional follow up. Will be back!

Awesome view of jetty and boats

Nice, relaxing weekend. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, with a great view of the jetty. We loved sitting on the deck and watching yhe boats pass by. Will definitely stay again.
