Property was great! walking distance (if you like to walk) to many places. Beach was beautiful. The only thing that wasn't great, but nothing to do with the host, was the shuttle to places stopped two days before w go there. It was advertised to be working through the end of the month. but stopped 11 days before the end. Luckily lots of Ubers to choose from.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and would love to return. We’re happy you enjoyed the tropical pool views from the 3rd floor and your time relaxing at the property. For future guests, the listing does note that this home offers pool and tropical views rather than beach or Gulf views, and we’re glad you were still able to enjoy your stay and the overall experience. We would absolutely love to host you again anytime—thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Check in desk was closed early upon our arrival making check in a bit of a process because it was busy and only one security doing all check ins. Condo was beautiful! Would have loved if beach towels were provided and keypad entry instead of key cards would have been great. Communication was wonderful and the resort itself was amazing.

The unit was spacious and provided plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds and bathroom were clean. Be aware the large lagoon pool is not heated, it is the smaller pool.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the spacious layout and found the beds and bathroom clean and comfortable—that means a lot to us. We appreciate you mentioning the pool. The resort features a large 11,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, which is not heated, along with a separate smaller heated pool for guests to enjoy. These details are included in our listing and pre-arrival communications, and we’re sorry for any confusion regarding this during your stay. For future guests, we encourage reviewing the amenities section prior to arrival, and we’re always happy to answer any questions to help ensure the best possible experience. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to host you and your family again!

I think some of the kitchen items could have been better quality, like the can opener. The floors were not clean, but we let host know and they are taking care of that. Coffee table was unstable and glass, we had a three year old with us. Dangerous One lounge chair on balcony had broken side on back and one chair was rusty and not good.Host was friendly. The pool was fun and clean.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your communication during your stay and the opportunity to address your concerns. The flooring concerns were immediately reviewed with our housekeeping team after being brought to our attention. The coffee table is also being replaced, along with updated patio furniture for the balcony. The can opener should have been stocked in the pantry, and we will certainly ensure that item is replaced if missing. As this home is a Guest Favorite, we are not always immediately aware when an item needs replacement or attention, so your communication was greatly appreciated and helped us address these items promptly. Providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests is extremely important to us, and the items mentioned are not reflective of the standard we strive to provide. We are very glad to hear you enjoyed the pool and found our hosting team friendly throughout your stay. Thank you again for choosing our home for your vacation.
