Fantastic getaway

An absolutely wonderful vacation rental! The house is perfectly located near everything (downtown, market, shopping, and more). The neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. The home is fantastic- clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with a amazingly private backyard equipped with everything for a great vacation. Property owners are extremely helpful and very kind. We loved our weekend and hope to stay again!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful getaway at the property. We have returned to this house for our trips over the last few years because there are so many amazing things- the house is always exceptionally clean, has been thoughtfully filled with any and everything to make your stay easy, comfortable and fun. The backyard is the perfect place to spend the day. The location is great; close to everything, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Barbora is absolutely amazing as a host. If you have a question or concern she always promptly responds and solves it in lightning speed. We can’t wait to go back!

Great spot !!!

Lot’s of wonderful amenities. Immaculate clean. Owner was very helpful and hospitable. About 2 miles from uptown. We had a great few days during modernism week.. there seemed to be a lot of extra add-one to the price. Don’t know if that is an owner thing or Home Away. For example, $300 cleaning fee for three nights seems high.

Thank you Pat, It was a pleasure to have you and your party. Regarding the pricing - the cleaning fee is $250 I have a professional cleaning crew that is charging me $250 anytime they clean the house - it does not matter if the guest stays 2 nights or two weeks the price is the same. I had estimates from other companies that were $300 or more. It’s a pretty big place and they have to make sure that is pristine. Other fee goes directly to VRBO for their hosting site. The occupancy tax of 11.5% Of the nightly rate is required by the law and paid to the city of Palm Springs. The pool heating it’s for the colder months only, most of the homeowners charge it extra since its optional. I pay about $700 a month for my gas bill. I hope that this will help. Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our second stay at this home and can’t wait to come back. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and located perfectly near everything. The backyard is our favorite part and is an amazing private oasis with everything you need. Barbora is so accommodating and helpful. We are so appreciative to have found such a great homeowner and property.

Great quiet convenient location

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the movie colony and is convenient to downtown Palm Springs. The property is well equipped with everything you need including the thickest bath towels usually found in a five star resort! We would recommend staying here and we look forward to returning soon.

Nice Spot - would stay again

Close to the airport - super convenient. Comfy, great amenities. The second bathroom is a little small to share among several adults, but the rest of the house was well worth that very minor inconvenience.

End of summer getaway

Our stay at Barbora's vacation rental was very nice. Everything was just as stated and was a great location. Neighborhood was quite and the weather was great. Would stay here again if coming back to the Palm Springs Area.

Great Palm Springs vacation home

Very clean in the house and yard, modernized inside, a solar heated pool so made it extra enjoyable without the additional heating costs of other places, 2 outside eating areas and a great gas bbq, well stocked with dishes etc, easy access to food stores and downtown PS, made for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Looking forward to returning there next year.

Wonderful relaxing getaway!!

Well appointed, comfortable, lovely decor, good quality-everything, well organized and all needed kitchen and bath accessories are in house, outdoor lighting in back yard, garden and pool was perfect, pool was wonderful, beds comfortable, high quality all the way. Attentive owners. 1.5 miles to town. Lovely!!!!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a lovely time for our Christmas stay in Palm Springs. Having Christmas lights on the house and a Christmas tree in the living room helped to make the holiday special. The home is decorated beautifully and was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the wonderful backyard and loved swimming in the pool on Christmas day and sitting around the fire when it got a little chilly in the evenings. The location of the house was great - easy to get downtown, to the tramway, to Joshua Tree National Park, etc. Barbora was so helpful and responsive to our questions and made everything easy. We are definitely planning to come back again and gladly recommend the home to others!

Home away from Home

We had a wonderful stay here from the time we drove up & saw Christmas lights on the house, opened the door & a Christmas tree was on-Wow! The home is decorated lovely, the bed was super comfortable, everything you would ever need in a kitchen. The Pool & mountains were a stunning backdrop. When we go back, we will definitely rent this house!

Fabulous

It only took getting passed the front door to love this place (the exterior grey color is deceiving)! Very spacious and well equipped with most everything one needs to have a relaxing wonderful vacation. Barbara was readily available and very accommodating. No doubt that we will stay here again!
