Nuestra casa victoriana adosada está idealmente ubicada a minutos de las principales arenas de Margate, la estación de Margate y Dreamland, por nombrar solo algunas atracciones.

Se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la bahía hasta el casco antiguo, que está lleno de bares, cafeterías y tiendas de moda.

El apartamento en sí se encuentra en la planta baja de nuestra casa de 3 plantas y consta de dos dormitorios, un baño / WC y un salón con nevera, microondas, hervidor de agua y tostadora.

Se puede proporcionar un servicio de desayuno y hay una cocina completa disponible bajo petición.

Very convenient location, near the station, Westbrook Bay and Margate Sands and the mini golf. Great breakfast spot around the corner at Darcy's Cafe.

Margate and beach in easy reach

We stayed for a long weekend with the beach at Westbrook bay just five minutes away. You’re a short walk from Margate in one direction and Westgate slightly further in the other. Plenty to do and the property acts as a perfect base - cosy, clean and well cared for.

Great Communication

Dinky little place, great location. Washing up in the bathroom sink is a little tricky, but for a place without a full kitchen (see pics - microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle are available), it worked. The communication from the owner was top notch. Would stay here again!

Great for Central Margate

Good location - 2 mins walk from sea - 7/8 mins from Dreamland. Free on street parking outside. Excellent communication from friendly host. Spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water all provided. Nicely furnished. Good value for money. Only picky things that I would choose to change would be bigger tea/coffee mugs and more than 2 of them, plus bed was a bit soft and a little cramped - the main bedroom is plenty big enough with good storage, but the bed is a standard double with a metal bed frame so not possible for taller people to dangle their feet over the end! Overall, recommended and would return.

Photos dont do it justice

Super accommodation. Very happy with our stay. The rooms are all bigger than the pictures indicate with plenty of room for us all. All very nicely appointed and seemed newly refurbished. Nice and clean, lots of towels, milk in fridge was a good touch. Apartment is about 10 mins walk downhill to dreamland and town. 2 mins from the beach. Lots of local shops and take aways at the end of the street and free parking too so really well located. The nicer old town is only about 15 mins walk away, The place doesn't have a full kitchen; Just a microwave, small fridge, kettle and toaster but this was fine for us as we ate out in the evenings but worth noting if you want to do your own cooking. All in all a great experience and highly recommended if you are planning a trip to margate or surrounding area.

Checked in easily, very spacious flat, lovely accommodating hosts, would recommend.As advertised, no washing up facilities for self catering. But a washing up bowl and camping draining rack worked well for us in the rear outdoor area where the gas barbecue is located.

Schattig appartementje

Het verblijf was heel netjes. We hadden twee slaapkamers, 1 met een tweepersoonsbed en 1 met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Een woonkamer en een badkamer met douche wasbak en wc. Alles was heel erg schoon en er stond koffie en thee, en water in de koelkast ook stond er een pak verse melk. Op de tv kon je films kijken en er lagen dvd's. Je ziet dat er alles aan gedaan is om ons welkom te laten voelen. Verder waren de eigenaars bijzonder vriendelijk en als we een bericht stuurden of iets nodig hadden werd er snel gereageerd. Kortom een aanrader om te verblijven in dit schattige plaatsje. Als je het appartement uit komt kijk je in de straat recht op zee, dat ook heel dichtbij is. Groetjes Esther en Lindsey Noordermeer

Close to everything

This is a charming rental near the beach, restaurants, train, everything. We were there for a quick getaway, but would love to stay longer in the future.

Compact comfortable charming appartement

Excellent experience in bustling Margate, a perfect seaside town with a beautiful beach and those skies! Very well situated for the main beach and the station. Miya the host was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful. Delighted to discover little patio area for sitting outside. Comfy beds, good shower with plenty of hot water. Only drawback is there is no kitchen just kettle, fridge, microwave and toaster in sitting room. Overall we really liked our little home in Margate and will certainly be back. Thank you Miya 😊

Margate Gem property saved us in heatwave!!

We were lucky enough to find this property available during the July heatwave! Photos do not do the property justice. Owner is so helpful and has everything in place for an enjoyable stay. Short walk to main beach, old town and tourist attractions. We preferred to use Westbrook Bay beach which is closer and generally less busy. On street parking good and close to Station too. Would highly recommend and would certainly return without hesitation!

Perfect place for a short stay

Two friends and I came to Margate for the weekend and this suited us perfectly. It's close to the station, a short walk to the beach and bar & food places at Sun Deck (awesome breakfast at Bus Café). Nice walk along the front to the old town, Turner Contemporary etc. No kitchen was fine for us as we ate out. Clean, comfortable and friendly owner living upstairs.

Easy getaway Westgate Bay Beach Margate

Great property situated minutes from Westgate Bay Beach. A quieter beach than the main Margate front, which suited us perfectly. Everything is within walking distance, plus free parking outside or there about. Lovely little courtyard terrace which you can eat in. Settled from the wind, getting sun from around lunchtime through till late afternoon. Simple kitchen items, with fridge, worked fine for breakfast or simple lunch. Bathroom was lovely and clean with fresh towels. Great DVD selection and PlayStation plus games. Suited our needs. Great host. Thank you for letting us share your property and visit Margate.

Convenient and cosy

Stay location 2020, excellent location for exploring Margate by foot and surrounding area. Hassle free, excellent host. Great recommendations, always on hand. Very clean little flat, will book again for a weekend getaway.

Westbrook - Margate

Stayed at the property for the weekend, the vendor was extremely helpful from the outset assisting with booking details and the like. The property location was excellent, a stones throw away from the station and the main attractions. The accommodation was clean and functional which more then served its purpose. We would definitely recommend this to others and consider rebooking should the need require it.
