Great Vacay ‘Destin’ation Condo!!!

This was an awesome place! It had all of the amenities and more! Super clean, beautifully decorated and easy walk to the beach. The included beach chairs were a plus!

Great condo!

Super clean condo! Great location for lots of restaurants and shopping. Beach access was a short walk and the included beach chairs were easy to reserve. Wonderful place for families! Would definitely stay here again!

We always enjoy staying at this property

2nd year in a row at this property and we always enjoy the location and the amenities. The property manager is always super fast at responding. Will hopefully stay here again next year!

Great pet friendly resort

Maravilla was a great pet friendly resort and so close to the water. It had a nice heated pool and hot tub which were perfect for the week that we went (since it was cooler than normal). Wish it had a better gym and stronger water pressure in the shower but those were trade offs for being able to bring our dog.

Great vacation

The location was great. Had the option to swim at the heated pool. Quite room even though it’s pet friendly. Managers had great communication. Would stay here again.

Great condo

This one is so nice! We stay at Maravilla all the time and this is a new favorite. Nice bathrooms, great view, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and easy check in and out! I’m a fan.

Loved stating in Merimar Beach...Our 1st time at this beach ..We usually stay in FWB ..

Loved the condo and it was beautiful ..The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed ..I would definitely stay here again for future trips ..Only complaint was the hot tub was kind lame ..The jets were not strong ..Renee was great to work with always got right back when I had any questions ..Very short walk to the beach and the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas was a plus for sure

Beautiful condo and beach!

We had a wonderful time at Maravilla. All ages, from 3 1/2 years old to 68 years old enjoyed the condo, beach and all of the amenities. Everyone had plenty of space and my grandkids especially loved the bunkbed room! The condo was very clean and well-maintained and included everything that we needed. The beach was a very short walk from the condo and the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up each day were very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation!

Coastal comfort!

We were very pleased with our recent stay in this condo. The accommodations were comfortable and decor is coastal and tasteful. Management was great to work with. Easy check in and out. Great location. Loved walking to local restaurants for dinner and lunch. Pompano Joes very close ! New beach ramp was great and the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas provided for our use at the beach was a game changer ! No lugging chairs to the beach ! We would definitely choose this condo again and will be telling our family and friends as well. Thank you!

Condo was beautiful and great location. Only suggestions would be to change showerheads (there was no pressure) and to have a broom in the condo to clean up any sand.

We stay at Maravilla twice a year but had never stayed in 1406. It was the most well equipped and comfortable of all we have experienced. We will definitely be back!

Spring break

Let me start with saying home at home we felt here. The decor was super inviting, kitchen well stocked, even games and beach toys were provided. Ocean view from deck was a bonus. We used the heated pool/ hot tub, beach chairs and loved that the tennis courts have pickleball lines. The water was freezing in the ocean, so if you are wanting to be in the ocean I wouldn’t go over spring break. However destin is an easy town to explore and we made the most of the what it had to offer. Would totally recommend this condo to others wanting to explore Destin!!

Perfection

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! This was our first trip as a family of 6 with our kids ranging from 5 months to 5 years. It was easy to get to the beach, the pools were awesome to have, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, the beds were super comfy, the kids loved the bunk room and don’t even get me started on the black out curtains, those were a necessity. The weather was perfect despite the forecast saying it was going to rain most of our trip. It poured one day but we had plenty of things to do around destin and when we came back we utilized the game cabinet! Overall I’m so glad we rented this condo and will be coming back in the future! Also easy communications! Thank you so much for being apart of our first family vacation!

Awesome location

Great location, beach across the street, multiple restaurants within walking distance, tons of shopping, dining, entertainment options in the area. We had the perfect week’s stay. The unit is perfectly described and the pictures match what you see in person. The kitchen is well appointed so it was easy for us to have breakfast before heading to the beach and then walk back and have lunch then head out in the evening for some of the best seafood restaurants I’ve found in Florida. We give this unit a 10 and will definitely stay again!
