The Enchanted Shell es una propiedad FRENTE AL OCÉANO ubicada en Middle Beach, en la hermosa Surfside Texas, que brinda unas vacaciones cómodas y relajantes para una escapada adulta o para unas vacaciones orientadas a la familia.

Puede optar por relajarse en la playa y disfrutar de un cóctel, nadar en el hermoso océano del golfo o ver el mejor atardecer en la costa del golfo.

Encontrarás una increíble pesca de surf, peinado en la playa, bombardeos y natación. Si prefieres relajarte, toma un sillón y relájate en la playa.

Use la hamaca, las sillas giratorias y las sillas adironack personalizadas para relajarse con su elección de un libro de escapada en la cubierta de gran tamaño (20 x 40), o simplemente observe los barcos entrantes / salientes a través del embarcadero.

Fuera de la cubierta se encuentra el paseo marítimo privado recientemente renovado para un fácil acceso a la playa y un agradable paseo al atardecer.

Great location

Our only complaint is the cleaners didn’t do a very good job. Owner was easily accessible. Se one time we stayed here. Would stay there again.

We love staying there. This was the second time we have stayed in this property. The views are stunning and the beachfront is amazing. We loved cooking outside on the grill.

Great beach getaway

The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time on a nice, clean beach. Close to good restaurants, but easy to cook your own meals. Plenty of comfy beds. Games and books for indoor fun. Great big covered porch looking out to the ocean!

For the price, not a bad place to stay

There are a few minor things that need immediate attention. The main bathroom tub drains very slowly. In a 5 minute shower it was at the top of my ankles. The sink in the main bathroom trickles when you turn it on, even with hot and cold water on at the same time. There is one board on tue back deck that needs to he screwed down. It is right in front of the gate and is a trip hazard. The house could use several updates but I live in an old house so it reqlly didn't bother me, for some it might. I look at it like this, I eat and sleep in the house thats about it. I am there for the heach. The access to the beach is very easy and convenient. The owner communicated well and was even pretty relaxed on us checking in a little early as we arrived a little ahead of schedule. As far as the cleanliness of the house I will say that it could use a good deep cleaning. The things you expect to be clean were but all of the out of the way areas were dusty and looked like the cleaning crew just never touches. Overall we were happy witu our stay though.

Beautiful beach view!

This house was perfect for my family. We had a wonderful stayed. Had everything we needed. And the beach view was beautiful! Easy access to and from the beach. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed in the house, considering what we paid to stay. It was a little unsettling to pull up and see a support beam with a major crack in it being held together by a 1x4. The master shower floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the back door handle is rusting and it cut my hand as well as my husband's. There are rusty nails sticking up out of the deck that we had to hammer down so no one else got cut. The margarita machine had mold growing in it, and most of the utensils in the drawers were dirty. As well as pans that were under the stove. One of the stove burners doesn't work, the coffee pot was caked in burnt grounds and I had to hand wash dishes the whole time because the dishwasher is in bad shape. When we got there the key box was wide open. Anyone could have been waiting for us inside. I did learn upon leaving that it is impossible to close all the way. The pictures/listing of the this house need a major update. I did get a small refund but only after the owner suggested I not say anything on social media.

Cute cabin! Needs TLC, but has everything you need.

This cabin was perfect for our family You can't ask for a better view. The walkover and water faucet along the walkway made going back and forth to the shore easy. The owners are making improvements, but truly it has everything you need to have a wonderful time. Lots of towels, washer/dryer, comfy beds, bunks for the kids, it had everything we needed. HEB is just a 20 min drive away and there are great restaurants along the way. The owner was easy to connect and communicate with during our stay. With some more TLC, this will be a true gem. In the meantime, it provided lifelong memories for our family just like it is.

July Beach Trip

The property was perfectly located on the beach. We enjoyed waking up each morning and being able to see the ocean. Overall, the trip was good. There were a few issues with the home. The lock box on the door for the key was extremely difficult to open. It takes several minutes to finally get the box open so that we could get in the door. Inside the home was clean, but there were several broken items in the home. The inside of the dishwasher was rusted and unsafe to use. The knob in the guest shower was broke and I cut my finger on it trying to turn the shower on. Other items like the blinds, light cover, and gate to deck were also broken. The home is in need of some minor repairs to so that it can be safe for all guests.

Property was not well kept. gate on porch was rusted and falling off. we waited an hour to get into the property due to front door sticking and unable to open. Lots of weeds around property. We could not sit on the porch at night, although we took repellant we were eaten alive.

Location is great! Short distance to beach.

This property could be nice and probably once was but it has been neglected. It needs a lot of work on the outside and the inside. The grass was not mowed like the properties on either side which made the mosquitoes horrible. I feel like with the amount of money we paid it could have been a lot nicer.

One glance at the ocean front view (during the winter) sold me on this property, and I knew I had to have it. Now that we have the large deck addition (with table, grill, hammock, chairs, etc.) - it is so exciting to experience the continuing natural changes of the Gulf Coast.

This property provides a get away when the beach is crowded (summer months) and absolute serenity during winter or off seasons times. I enjoy seeing the crowds change, nature adapt, and overall nature at its finest.
