In the heart of Filey, just a few minutes walk from the sand and the sea, is this brand new vacation apartment! Belle House offers everything you need for your perfect seaside getaway, with a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and free allocated parking included. This apartment also welcomes one well-behaved dog during your stay.



Located on the second floor, the apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach.



The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee while you make plans for the day.



The master bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the closet. There is an en-suite bathroom with main shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rack.



In the second bedroom, there are two full size single beds, and ample storage.



The main family bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bathtub with shower over, toilet, sink, heated towel rack and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.

Superb apartment

We liked everything about the apartment everything we needed was there My only problem was the online booking didn’t work for me. I am not good with technology ended up making lots of phone calls to get things sorted which puts me off booking again in future

An excellent stay.

Excellent location, in the heart of Filey. Super apartments with everything you need. Very comfortable. I feel that the access into the bath would benefit from some GRAB BARS for unsteady legs.

The apartment is in the heart of Filey with a dedicated private parking space, accessible to all the local amenities. The apartment has everything you need for a safe comfortable stay. The fixtures, fittings and furniture are all very high quality. The apartment is spacious and has 2 bathrooms which is invaluable for a family. I can highly recommend a stay here. Everything is perfect

Modern apartment in central location

The apartment is modern, clean and big enough for four. Its location is located near to the shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away as is the train station. There is a Spar round the corner, with a larger Tesco a short walk away. One thing to be aware of, is the noise from the Seagulls, day and night. However this is something you will experience if you stay anywhere in Filey.

Superb apartment in Filey!

The apartment is well located, easy walking to shops, pubs, restaurants and seafront. Design layout and quality of accommodation is first class. This was our second visit to this apartment this year, we will return. Local support staff are very friendly and helpful. On this trip we really liked and appreciated the Xmas decorations, made it feel very homely.

We were amazed that the apartrment was so well equiped. We have been into far more pricier places with only half of the items here. We were even allowed to check a ground floor apartment out ,if we come back again. So central to the town,shops and Restaurants. Absolutley nothing. We dont think you can do anything about the weather.

We keep coming back

We have been four times, in apartment 3 for thee times. My wife likes it cause she can have baths and be cause we use the washer we don't much laundry to do when we get home. Not anything except maybe we will have to go for the apartments on the ground floor as we are starting to have problems with stairs

Lovely apartment

A lovely apartment in Filey town centre with car parking to the rear. We never needed to use the heating which was surprising for March. Beds were comfortable. An enjoyable stay. The stairs could be an issue for those less mobile as there wasn't a lift. There are two ground floor apartments but they allow dogs so were unsuitable for us. The fridge wasn't easy to access and maybe the door could be hinged on the opposite side. The lounge seating would be awkward for a party of four.

Just as good the second time

Our second time in the apartment in 2 months, learned from last time didn't need to take anything, tea/coffee/sugar supplied so no rush to shops, which are close, parked the car in reserved space only moved it when we left.

We didn't want to leave!

What an amazing week stay we have had. Thank you so much. The location was perfect for us as a small family with a parking space too. This beautiful apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed. I felt safe and secure and can't wait to come back. The main double bed was a little hard for us but we added the spare duvet under and it helped. Maybe a mattress topper would be a good idea. The car parking space was a squeeze as it's near a fence but it wouldn't put me off booking again, we just got our boys out before parking. The smoke alarm was super sensitive and both us and the people above set it off more than once 🤣. This wasn't an issue but my toast hadn't even gone golden yet!

Belle House - Filey

This is our second visit to these lovely apartments & it certainly won’t be the last. The standard of cleanliness is excellent. The kitchen is very modern and has every gadget & cooking utensil possible. Location is perfect with the beach & lovely restaurants a few minutes walk away. Onsite parking was a bonus as we didn’t need to use the car all week. The train station & bus station are also a few minutes walk away, with a very regular service to Bridlington & Scarborough. Looking forward to going again later In the year. Thank you Finest Retreats, for once again a very pleasant holiday. No improvement is not needed as these apartments are of a very high standard, in every respect.

The apartment was ideally located, central to all facilities that Filey has to offer. The apartment was immaculate and well presented. The private off-road parking is a plus for being in a central location.

Apartment 3 summary of accommodation

Lovely apartment and very clean.staff very courteous. Thoughtful Additional items provided (bucket and spade,beach ball and games etc). All equipment good quality. No complaints whatsoever. 1. Security we felt was an issue. The main entrance door did not have a spring to ensure door was closed. On six occasions we found the door open. Security is important for the owner and for the guests and this situation negates the other security measures ( entry code, key safe etc). 2. In the main bedroom the corner of the bed frame was an obstruction when walking to the other side of the bed. Very painful when catching it with the knee and shin.We had to cover the frame corner with a towel.

Fantastic week at Bell House Apt 3

The apartment is central for everything, good little bars and eateries. Close to the gardens & beach. Apartment 3 is very clean , modern & equipped to a very high standard. Nothing. It was much better than we expected. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back

Belle House ,Apt 3

I couldn’t praise the Belle House apartment enough - it was just so cosy and well equipped even down to the small things like dishwasher tablets ,sugar and tea. I could quite happily live there! The lock on the outside waste storage bins was awkward to open as the numbers on the lock kept getting stuck in and consequently the door would not open.
