This home was perfect for our family vacation. Very roomy 1st floor with plenty of seating, large dining room table and huge kitchen. The bedrooms and baths were great. The pool and spa were the perfect end to the day. We had access to all the amenities and especially appreciated the shuttle. The kitchen could really use dish mat and better griddle.

We absolutely loved this house!! So convenient to many amenities!! House is spacious and beautifully decorated! The pool and hot tub is a nice addition as well :) House is stocked with all basic needs except beach towels. I think you can get some from the rental agency but we just bought some to use during our stay. We had no issues but did have questions and the rental agency responded promptly. I would highly recommend renting this house!! We hope to come back again soon!!

Wonderful property for a large group! Plenty of space both inside and out, comfy beds and very clean.We would have loved to have used the hot tub as, surprisingly, we did have a cool night or two during our June stay which was considered out of season for hot tub use. The property does advertise a hot tub which, we assumed we would be able to access but to no avail. They was disappointing.Also, the electricity was out for much of the evening and into the night on our second night. This was absolutely no fault of 360 blue, who has no control over it. However, when we asked for a bit later check out, they declined with no explanation. We realize that other renters might have begun their stay that same afternoon, requiring the cleaning company ample time to clean but our request was not for an overly late checkout time. Just more communication with a friendly explanation would have been nice.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

We love this house - this is our 3rd family vacation to Seaside and we have stayed at this property all three times. We love the location - it doesn't take you very long to get to the Square or the beach or the waterpark and we're right by the grocery store and we love that it is in a quiet neighborhood! We also love the pool and the ping pong table. We were disappointed this year that they are charging for parking in the public places so that will definitely be a factor for location in future trips. We cook a lot of our meals at the house, and in the past, had been very disappointed that the kitchen was not stocked very well at all. This year, we were pleasantly surprised that they had stocked it much better - we didn't have everything we needed but it was so much better than in the past. We were disappointed that the free standing ice maker was not working this year - it is nice to have that because the ice maker in the freezer cannot make enough ice for 8 people so we had to buy bags of ice while we were there. We did let the Host know and they came out quickly to look at it but could not get it fixed while we were there. The last thing is that the mattress in the primary suite downstairs needs to be replaced so badly. Everytime, we come, we hope that it has been replaced but so far it hasn't been - very uncomfortable! Overall, we do love the house and it has worked great for our family!!!!

Comfortable house

We had a great time at the home. I’ve stayed many places in watercolor and this one was great. It was not my favorite location in watercolor, but still good. Also, the kitchen was not as fully stocked as others that I’ve stayed in and we like to cook so we were being inventive as we cooked but it all worked out great. The size of the bedrooms were very large and everything was very comfortable. Loved that there was a jacuzzi as well.

June 2018 Stay

We absolutely loved the home! There was plenty of room for both of our families. The home had a good assortment of cooking utensils. Very tastefully decorated and kept very clean. It does not show wear and tear like most rentals. It was close to the seaside beach area. We rented a nine passenger golf cart to get around. We would definitely go back! We also had a private chef (Ryan) come cook for us one night which was also fantastic!

Beautiful Home

We’ve vacationed in Watercolor for over 20 years. Overall we loved the property and our week in the home. I wish I could give 5 stars, however the homeowner needs to have a few items updated if they want to charge the high price tag. Speakers on the back porch not working properly, DirectTV on back porch not working, wear and tear of the trash cabinetry, middle burner on cooktop inoperable, ice machine runs all day and struggles to make ice, needs a new mattress on bottom floor as it is sagging. If all of these items were fixed we would book again.

House, neighborhood, location, and management company were all great. Overall 8/10 but easily could’ve been 10/10 with a few changes from owner. Netflix and other apps were locked on tv so we couldn’t watch them, and something was going on with inside speakers and Sonos app so we had elevator music playing 24:7 our entire stay and couldn’t turn it off. It was very annoying, wasn’t even a way to unplug the system. Our first night was TERRIBLE because the smoke alarms went off every 2 hours starting at 10 pm and ending at 6 am. Luckily the management company came and switched them out after the first night. Overall we had a good stay and would come again but would be nice if the owner let people use their own Netflix or apps on the tvs and also figured out the Sonos system so no one else has to listen to nonstop elevator music

Wonderful Vacation Celebration for my Husband's Birthday!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Watercolor! This house had the perfect floorpan for our group of 4 couples! The location was nice too and only a couple of minutes drive to the beach, the main Watercolor pool and Seaside. Publix Grocery is also very close. I searched carefully to find a property with an open floorplan between the kitchen and the family room including comfortable sofas and chairs so that we could all sit together and relax in the evenings! All four bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxurious! (1 bedroom on the main level and 3 large bedrooms upstairs plus a bunk room that we didn't use). For outdoor space, we enjoyed the covered back porch and the pool! We've rented a lot of properties on vacation over the years and 360Blue was absolutely the best we've experienced in terms of accessibility and professionalism. Someone always answers the phone and is helpful with questions both before and during the stay! The coffee maker didn't work at the house and within 15 minutes of our call to 360Blue a new coffee maker was delivered! They were also helpful in answering questions about the house and the pool. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

This is our 4th time visiting watercolor with our family and since our first visit have extended the invite to my parents as well as my Sister in law and her family. We love the area! This trip was off to a much rockier start, however. This house had a little more wear and tear than previous homes we’ve stayed (stains in showers, dust on light fixtures and doors). Also, we were not provided with the appropriate amount of bands upon arrival and information as to who needed bands was not up to date in the rental. We had 5 children all requiring bands which were not provided. Getting in touch with the property manager was much more difficult than in previous stays. We ended up going independently to the HOA office and they took care of it. I also emailed regarding pool lighting and was never provided with information to resolve the lack of pool lights. We still love the area, but will stay at a home with a different property management company for future visits.

We had an amazing stay at this home! We love watercolor and have stayed at a few different places but this one was really great for our group! We had some trouble with one of the smart tv’s in the bedrooms but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Everything was very clean, easy to find, and the host answered my question about check in very quickly. Would love to stay here again!!

Great location and home design. 3rd year renting. We had a few challenges from ants and a freezer that de-thawed our frozen foods twice. Fortunately 360 Blue was very responsive. Would only recommend this house to have a deep cleaning. A busy rental however its due for some maintenance.

Love the home! Beautifully decorated. Pool and outside area are lovely and so nice for dining outside. Great floor plan with such a large entertsining area. Getting to beach was tricky! Golf cart with home would be great! Loved the newness and freshness of home!

June 2019 Stay

Such an amazing home! The private pool and outside sitting area make this home exceptional. So nice to be able to relax in peace after spending the day at the beach. The layout is perfect for our family, and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed...even an ice maker! Saved me several trips to Publix for bags of ice! We will definitely be back!

October 2018 Stay

What a beautiful Home and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient to everything and walking distance to so much. The pool (we heated), the fireplace and the patio with the TV was perfect for relaxing at night. The home was very clean and spotless and the Kitchen was well stocked for cooking - had everything I needed. We loved our stay and will most definitely rent this home again. Would Highly recommend 360 Blue - Great People to work with. Thanks Kimberly for all your help and questions answered when we called. Thanks for making our Family Vacation a Memorable one.

What a beautiful house. We had a great time. We loved that it is close to everything, but yet in a wonderful nice quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend 360 Blue and especially this home. you won't be disappointed.

July 2018 Stay

A beautiful and well decorated home. Excellent quality televisions and Sonos sound system. My teenage boys were thrilled with the strong Wi-Fi service for their gaming. Great high end appliances in the beautiful kitchen. Loved the high ceilings on the main level and the master bedroom and bathroom were quite lovely. Beds throughout the whole house were very comfortable. Outdoor living room with TV/fireplace was a fantastic gathering spot. Be prepared that you should probably arrange for a golf cart. Beach access via a golf cart/car is 8 to 10 minutes away, and by bike slightly longer. Also, while the pool makes for a fun amenity and is a nice size given the small yard, be AWARE that the “spa” does NOT operate as a traditional separate hot tub. In other words, the pool/spa design is to be at the same temperature since the spa water flows into the pool. (unable to enjoy the cool pool during the day and then a nice hot tub in the evening.)This was our only disappointing feature to our whole stay.
