Bellamente actualizado, todos los días son unas verdaderas vacaciones. Piscina, putting green, mesa de billar, televisión de pantalla grande, todo en una hermosa casa con vistas a la montaña.

Con cuatro habitaciones (3 arriba y una oficina / estudio que se convierte en una habitación), tendrá espacio para toda la familia. Estamos completamente equipados con ropa de cama y toallas para su uso.

Tómese este tiempo para relajarse y disfrutar de pasar tiempo de calidad con su familia y amigos. La casa está ubicada en un barrio tranquilo con muy poco tráfico (final de una calle sin salida).

Nuestra casa tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones en toda la comunidad ... en la cima de una colina, sin otras casas detrás para que tenga una vista despejada de las montañas.

Great home in a beautiful location!

This home was perfect for the 8 of us. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and the trails in the neighborhood are gorgeous. We had a few minor random things happen while we were there (we tripped the alarm, was the main thing), and Nick and Kelly were super easy to get a hold of and issues were fixed immediately. I would recommend this home and we will be staying there again. Thanks for sharing your desert paradise with us!

Great stay in a great home

We had a wonderful time at this home. Very quiet neighborhood, out of the hustle & bustle of Phoenix. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 days, including a. nice pool and beautiful views. Owners were prompt answering questions but everything was easily spelled out with printed instructions so we had no problems. Would definitely recommend to others.

Overall fun but would never stay again

Let me preface this by saying when compared to the prices and comfort of a motel, this was a nice place. Saying that, there were some things that would keep me from staying here again. The downstair’s toilet’s seal was broken and the toilet contstantly ran. It got so bad we turned the toilet’s water off making the downstair’s toilet unusable. The towels smelt moldy and spoiled. The property is listed as a 4 bedroom, but the 4th bedroom is an office with the most uncomfortable futon. My daughter and son-in-law, who live in Surprise, wanted to stay with us, but didn’t because that bedroom wasn’t even fit for a teen. In the kitchen, there were two steak knives that were broken, and a lack of overall utensils. In the pool area, there was cat poo in one of the fountain bowls and the pool’s handheld net was broken. The outdoor area is beautiful, but even with the pool’s heater running, it was too cold to swim in December. The owners charge a very high cleaning fee, yet the guests have to gather all bedding, towels, all dishes have to be done, etc..., which is something I’ve never had to do when renting through VRBO. The walking paths not far from this house are lovely, and the pool table made our stay worthwhile. King size beds would make this house more rentable.

Incredible House!!

Our family loved this house, from the heated pool, to the great putting green, wonderful patio, and everything in between. I’ve rented many homes and this was one of the best and best price. Beautiful quiet golf neighborhood. And the owner communicated so well the whole time, which is a plus. Grocery store and shops are maybe 5 min away.

Great House in a Quiet Neighborhood!

They are not kidding when they say fully loaded!!! Kitchen had every appliance/cooking pan our family of 8 needed. Lots of things for our older kids to do w/the pool table, bikes, putting green & pool. Great backyard for families with small children because the pool area is gated off from the rest of the yard. It's a quiet neighborhood with a nice walking trail & a couple playgrounds not too far away. Owners are very easy to work with, understanding, & quick to respond! We'd stay here again!

Wonderful quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were better than expected. Check-in and check-out went flawless. The owners were very good to work with and were available anytime we needed to communicate. The pool and putting green were great entertainment for my grandsons. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends

Awesome House!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the house. Fully furnished with everything imaginable. Of utmost importance to me is cleanliness and this house was top notch. I can't say enough about the large private yard with a fabulous heated pool and putting green. We spent so much time in the yard! It was perfect. I hope I have a reason to return to this particular area so I can rent this home again. Owners are great to work with. No complaints whatsoever!!

Dreamy pool, dreamy views

Our family moved to Vistancia this summer, and needed a place to stay while waiting for escrow to close and work to be done on the house. This was the perfect location for us, well-priced, plenty of room for our family of 5, close to the kids' school, and at the end of a cul-de-sac so the kids could ride their scooters around. The pool was very inviting and the views have to be the best in the neighborhood! Nick was very easy to communicate with, he was always just a text away and always wrote back fairly quickly. They were very flexible and generous when we needed to add an extra week since work on our house was not going as quickly as we hoped. The only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 are: there was no mention in the original post or in the home details they emailed a few days before our stay that the garage was unavailable. We had some belongings from the move we were hoping to store in there, and it was 110+ degrees outside -- and that's when you find the melted crayons in the car. :) Only in the check-in details in the HomeAway app (that we didn't receive until right before our stay) did it say that the garage was unavailable for parking. It was disappointing, and we ended up moving everything into a storage unit... in the 110+ degree heat. The other reason was because the kitchen was not adequately cleaned before our arrival (I'll spare the details). I don't blame the owners for that, since they appeared to be out of town, but housekeeping definitely cut some corners during their last visit. All that aside, I would still recommend this home to travelers, especially since vacation rentals in the Village are hard to come by and Vistancia has a lot to offer!

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we appreciated all of the communication during your time at the home. We want folks who vacation at our home to be super happy with all aspects of their stay…always! We are so grateful that you provided feedback for us on the cleanliness of the home. I’m SO sorry we did not know about this prior to the review (we would have remedied immediately). Our normal housekeeping company was not available to clean prior to you coming, so we hired another cleaning service. It appears they did not do the job they were paid to do. Our clients who are in the home now have also noted that the home was not as clean as they had hoped for when they came just after you, and the home was prepped by the same cleaning company who also cleaned prior to your coming. This more than validates what you’ve noted, and we will not be using this company going forward. Who we hire is a reflection on us. We expect a home to be super clean, organized, and ready to move in. I apologize that this was not the case for you. Our normal cleaners will be servicing the home going forward (and they do an EXCELLENT job…we’ve personally experienced their services while at the home ourselves, and our past clients have noted the home was very clean). Our home is set up as a vacation rental…we have a pool table in the living room, a big screen television, gaming equipment, movie library, heated pool, putting green, and more. Our garage is set up with bikes, fitness equipment (cardio and weights) and a car that is used when we visit the home. As we normally have clients who stay for a vacation, we simply did not anticipate the garage being needed for storage. We truly apologize that this was not communicated up front to you. It is our oversight. We should have let you know that the garage was set up as an exercise area, and was already occupied. We are making adjustments for that for future renters. It was truly a pleasure having you stay with us! Should you ever need to stay again, or wish to invite friends or family to stay, please know the home will be SUPER CLEAN, and we would welcome you! We appreciate you taking the time to write a review!!

Can't go wrong with this one.

We traveled from San Diego and played a tournament for baseball in Peoria. Loved the house and everything in it. It was very clean and everything was in great order. Record temps of 120 so the cooler on the pool made it a retreat for us. The rental company and Home away app made it easy for us to follow directions. We will be back to this awesome home again I'm sure. Big thanks to the owners.

Perfect home for a getaway!

Our family of 7 just spent a week in this rental and it was fantastic! We were in town for a family graduation and everyone ended up hanging out here because of the pool, putting green, outdoor BBQ, and pool table. The open floor plan worked well and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. The owners were friendly and made sure we arrived ok. We didn't use he community amenities but the pools looked fun. I definitely recommend this home to others!

Wonderful home

I was lucky enough to find this home during Spring Break. I made a last-minute decision to travel to Arizona after one of the biggest winters on record in my hometown in California. The owner contacted me and told me he was having a difficult time locating a cleaning company to clean the house prior to my arrival since it was the Easter weekend. I told him I was still interested but I understood and I would try to find another place, if need be. Within a few hours, he found someone to clean and said if I was still interested I could use the house. The house was clean, roomy and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.I thoroughly enjoyed the pool everyday!! Owner is very easy to reach and always responds quickly! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect!

This home was roomy, clean and exactly as represented. From the billiard table, movie library, putting green and pool in the yard to the very well stocked kitchen, we couldn't have chosen a better spot for our vacation. The neighborhood was also beautiful (and very quiet!) with walking paths and lovely community center pools. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of the owners to every question we had.

Fabulous Space and Experience

From the very beginning to the very end, this was a great place to stay. The owners respond quickly and make the check in process very smooth. The house is clean and very nice yet makes you feel right at home. They have by far the best backyard in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back if we ever find ourselves in Phoenix again.
