Spent four days over New Years. This home has so many things for families to do . Pool, ping pong, basketball, very large putting green with several holes, huge living room and kitchen. A swimming pool and it’s very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. The owner is an incredible host and very responsive. We loved it. Will come back when we are are visiting phoenix in the future

Not clean and lots of broken things but amazing location/size/layout

- trampoline netting was broken and off - there were at least 3 pieces of outdoor furniture that were broken or rusted out, safety hazards (one chair just gave out with someone sitting in it) - every table, chair, surface, etc outside was really dirty and we had to clean before we could use - kitchen hadn't been cleaned, food was all over the cook tops - we couldn't figure out how to use the oven, the manager replied "I don't know, I'm a guy" - master bed braces under the bed just broke and gave out in the middle of the night - two sinks had leaks - when we checked in, the master bath towel hook was out of the wall and just on the ground with screws, which we stepped on Summary is that the location, size and layout of this house are all amazing. It needs to be better kept up and maintained, then it'll be a great place to stay.

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-Our cleaners have been providing cleaning services for all of our properties, including our personal property, for nearly twenty years. We recently dedicated almost four full days to address extensive damage at the property, documented with photographs and reported to Evolv,e which highlights the significant repair costs incurred due to the damage caused by the previous guest. We promptly cleaned and repaired the property to the best of our abilities before the arrival of the next guests, ensuring it was left in pristine condition.-The trampoline was removed and placed with the bulk trash, but the support poles for the netting were not taken down in time. Following Airbnb's recommendation against having a trampoline, we have dismantled it completely. We apologize for the delay in removing the exterior poles, which was an oversight on our part.-The exterior chairs that were damaged by the previous guest were removed from the backyard and placed by the driveway. They were replaced with new patio furniture before your stay, so there were no broken pieces left by the pool. Additionally, approximately 20 extra chairs are stored in the garage for guest use.-Given our desert location and the monsoon season, nightly dust storms can occur, leading to additional outdoor dust. We apologize if there was any excess dirt or dust outside during your stay. Rest assured, we routinely clean and maintain the entire outdoor area after each guest's departure.-We believe the kitchen was clean and free of food when we prepared for the next guests. If you have photos showing otherwise, we would appreciate seeing them for reference.-Regarding the oven, the guest contacted us about how to use it. We informed them that the instruction manual was in the kitchen, which they later confirmed finding. Unfortunately, the manual seems to have gone missing since then, so we have replaced it with a new copy. Additionally, instructions are also printed inside the oven door for convenience.-The bathroom sink has a minor issue where the handle needs to be pushed down firmly to stop a leak. This has been verified and will be addressed.-The towel rack was damaged by a previous guest and should have been fixed. We apologize for missing this.-The bedframe had been damaged and inadequately repaired by a prior guest. It has now been replaced.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

It's a nice house if you don't look too close.

The property had several broken items, the owner was snotty and rude, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the floor was filthy, and the living room was at least 10 degrees hotter than any other room in the house. There were several people coming and going from the property that we were not informed about a head of time. This house doesn't have a diving board so even though it is pictured and listed in the amenities IT IS A LIE!

After following up with the homeowner, we would like to share this feedback: - The house is always thoroughly cleaned between guests, and they will inspect it for any broken items. - The Welcome Book states that lawn and pool maintenance come every Tuesday so that guests know to expect them. - The house is just as pictured except for the diving board, which they had to remove for insurance purposes. Fantabulous!!

Oh my gosh! This house is the most family friendly place we have ever stayed! There is sooooo much to do, really, something for every age! We came to swim, but had swim free hours between 10 and 3 everyday because we're not used to the heat and didn't want anyone to burn crispy. :) The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, but our kids loved all the choices of things to do when we weren't swimming. Pool table, foosball, ping pong, basketball, air hockey, yard games, golf, trampoline... I think it is literally impossible to be bored at this place! The house is huge with such a fun layout. We had everything we needed. The location is superb. You side swipe all the valley traffic but still have tons of places to eat and shop. (Ammos Mediterranean Grill is our family favorite.) The host, Michael, is beyond great! Super accommodating and responsive. We loved our stay sooooooooo much!

The host was amazing and prompt when we messaged him about our needs. He was really fast in getting back to us and very nice. Our issues about the property were; all of the pool floaties had holes so we had to buy new ones. What looks like a full size air hockey table in the pictures is very small and didnt fully work. I am aware there was a rain storm 2 days prior to our arrival but I was the one who had to clean off all 3 tables and chairs out back. There was tons of dirt all over the back patio. The primary bath toilet needs to be replaced... the valve inside the tank was held together by a paper clip so it broke twice. There were no condiments at all. Not a big issue but every rental property weve ever stayed at had all the main condiments. There are broken and lose tiles all throughout the house. The handle on the bathroom door by the game room fell off. The cheap plastic cups with designs on them stained my top. There was one whisk with no handle. I feel that if this house had some TLC, was updated and was shown some attention by the owner, it would've received 5 stars and not many complaints.

Just ok

I’ll start with the positives: ease of booking, check in, ample parking, spacious and location. Things I was disappointed in: pictures in property made the house look newer/nicer than it was. I noticed a few items in the house that could’ve used updating/repairs (vertical blinds were broken, door handle in bathroom loose/came off, fridge/freezer was a bit rickety), you can tell this was a rental property that was only minimally maintained, the pool wasn’t as nice/clean as the picture showed, the kitchen lacked many amenities (ample pots/pans, dishes, cutting boards, utensils, griddle, standard kitchen tools), some doors didn’t shut all the way, and the price of the rental was too high for the property. Additionally, I thought it was strange that the landscapers and pool guy both showed up without notice from the owner. We had teenage girls staying and I’m glad they were not outside. I would not stay here again.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We will go go through the house and take a look at all the issues you have brought to our attention, including the blinds, door handle, and refrigerator. - We will also take inventory of the kitchen to make sure future guests will have everything they will need. - We competitively set our rates to be in line with comparable homes in the area. - We will communicate with our guests and our pool and lawn maintenance so guests know when they will arrive. Great Family Retreat full of activities, tons of living space and a great location

The home was clean and had a lot of family activities from swimming to mini golf.

If I had anything to complain about would be the water pressure and hot water issues we experienced but a plumber was sent out the next morning to fix it! Unfortunately it was a holiday and he was unable. We figured out how to adjust the handles to get warmer water!

Great week away

The house was perfect for our 3 families (6 adults & 6 kids) for 7 days. Plenty of room for everyone and a lot of options for the kids with the pool, trampoline, putting green, pool table… Neighbors were far away, so us making noise never seemed to be a problem.

Just got home after spending a week here and our family loved it. Plenty of space and things to do!

Home was spacious and pool was great for the hot Arizona weather! Plenty of activities that kept our whole group busy. There were a few things that could use updating but we would stay again!
