Todo lo que necesitas es tu traje de baño ... ¡Bienvenido al paraíso!

¡Está ubicado en un barrio seguro, a 1 cuadra de la playa! Esta unidad de planta baja es una de las cuatro unidades más pequeñas a nivel del suelo en la propiedad. (nadie por encima de ti). Cuenta con una cama king, sofá seccional y una gran sala de estar.

Totalmente amueblado, limpio, lindo, recién remodelado, una habitación, un baño, condominio en planta baja con aire acondicionado central y lavadora y secadora apilables.

Tiene una cocina remodelada de tamaño completo con refrigerador de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo, estufa, lavaplatos y microondas. Tiene todo lo que necesitarás; ollas, sartenes, platos, cafetera, tostadora, paños de cocina, jabones, toallas de playa / baño (4 de cada uno), sillas de playa, también hay un área de picnic, a solo unos pasos afuera, con parrillas de gas para que pueda disfrutar de la cocina el pescado fresco que acabas de comprar. Tiene internet de alta velocidad y cable con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas.

Ubicado a pasos de las playas vírgenes (al este) y del Canal Intracostero (al oeste).

Very nice/clean place

Very clean property. Very good communication with management. Lovely area, great location. Beautiful nearby beach. Manager knew we were traveling w a toddler & brought us sand toys & a high chair!! Miniature golf was great fun.Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Great Relaxation

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well maintained and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor area for relaxation. The tiki areas are quite enjoyable - great shady retreats. The large putting green is a nice touch. The location is excellent for easy walkable access to the beach, basically across the street.

Wonderful space for a couples needs

Great space, clean with all a couple needs with a washer & dry combo unit, nice kitchen area. Also a fun golf putting area with a common gas grill. We look forward to one day return for area and staying again.

Great Place..Great Location

Loved the apartment. Has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and so glad it is pet friendly. Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and a plus being close to the causeway. If we come down again next year, we will definitely stay here.

Nice, quiet, clean place three blocks from beach access 🌅

The owner of the property went above and beyond to ensure we were provided necessities for a pleasant stay. 5 STARS. The property was clean and easily accessible for my handicapped husband. We hope to be back soon. We had a great time and highly recommend this property to others.

Excellent location and very clean unit. Everything was great. bed did need sheet that would properly fit instead of too large making sleeping a little un comfortable. Would stay there again.

Exactly as described!

I will tell you the air conditioning, it's amazing and worked great in the 105 degree heat index 😊. Perfect location for all of our needs. Grocery stores close, beach across the road, quiet!. I do like to cook when we are away, so I would ask for another pan or two. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the cutest place ever!!! Great location and very relaxing!

My daughter and myself come to the area once a year. This place was perfect!! Considering all of the other properties next to us it was super quiet! I was worried about my barking chihuahua with people walking by...but it was so pleasantly quiet! We were so pleased with the cost. We will love to come back in a few months after summer! Host was very accommodating and polite! Thank you so much!

Location Location Location!

The rental property was well maintained and on a quiet street. It is literally less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Walking either way along the A1A was wonderful as well. Dan has maintained his property well, and was fantastic to deal with. Anything we felt we needed to improve our stay he was willing to provide us with. Check in and out was smooth, and our vacation neighbours were fantastic! We had a wonderful time!

Doing home renovations and needed a place to stay. Owner is incredible and easy to reach. Property is perfect. Would highly recommend. Walk to beach and local restaurants too.

Dan and Joy are perfect hosts! I had the pleasure of meeting them both and they are very nice folks. They take excellent care of the property and it is 'clean as a whistle' as they say ! Definitely what you see is what you get and I look forward to staying with them again soon !

AMAZING

This has been the best place I’ve stayed at period. Dan is a phenomenal host that has his place decked out for you when you arrive. You’re not going to need any supplies because he’s already thought of it and provided it. The place is clean, functional and bigger than the pics depict, both the fully kitchen and bedroom are larger than expected. The unit is located essentially across the street from the beach. Just bring your beach chair, bag, book, drinks and enjoy the beach. There are a ton of restaurants within an easy driving or uber distance. In a few minutes you’re in Deerfield Beach to the north or Fort a Lauderdale to the south. Although there were other guests in the complex, I never had anything but peace and quiet. Seriously the place could not have been any better. We’ll be back and recommend that if you’re considering a place in Pompano Beach, Dans’s place is a MUST, stop looking. You’ve arrived!! This. Is. The. Place.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at Dan's beautiful bungalow by the beach. Everything that we needed was available at the home. Very clean and comfortable. Beach was less than a 5 minute walk for us. Beach chairs were provided at the home. Kitchen utensils and appliances were very good and clean. Dan was very prompt in providing us the information required to get ourselves checked in using the lock box. The area was in a quite residential neighborhood but very close to dining and public park. There is a Publix nearby to buy groceries at. Overall, excellent bungalow and we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Florida.

Dan is a great Host. I HIGHLY recommend calling him. The Airbnb was perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We will 100% be back again.
