Una maravillosa unidad moderna en la bahía de Maalaea con una hermosa vista al mar. La unidad fue totalmente renovada en su totalidad a Five Star Quality con todos los pisos nuevos, baño, cocina, dormitorio, sala de estar y superficies y muebles de lanai. Por favor, vea las maravillosas fotos adjuntas.

La piscina climatizada frente al mar es un lugar maravilloso para pasar el día seguido de una maravillosa noche y cena en las barbacoas de gas al aire libre. La unidad incluye tres nuevos televisores de pantalla plana, duchas de piedra / vidrio, mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable nuevos, estufa de vidrio de superficie plana y un cómodo sofá donde puede ver y escuchar el océano para relajarse durante esas horas de la tarde.

Maui thanksgiving visit

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our son who resides in Maui. Location was great. Condo was comfortable. Owner was very kind and available to meet and address our needs. Overall a great experience.

Great unit! Worked out perfect for me and my mom!

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath right on the ocean! We didn't have much time to enjoy on this very last minute short trip but we will definitely look up Ron again when we return and hopefully with a lot more notice!

Pleasant stay

The apartment was very nice in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. There was no dining table inside so we sat outside on the patio. We never met the host but he was available by phone with our questions.

Terrific island breezes in a super quiet resort

We loved the place and our stay was wonderful! A few items worth noting for the owner since I own rentals and know the importance of good feedback 1) stove light under MW was burnt out 2) coffee maker wasn’t cleaned and had previous grounds in basket 3) first time using disposal tons of food blew out other sink 4) never could get internet to function it said connected yet no texts or emails worked we used our hot spots for internet instead 5) toilet seat in twin bed bath repeatedly moved even after tightening it twice might need new bolts? Thanks again for sharing your great place and we do hope to return again soon! We visit for several weeks annually George

Nice Condo, Clean& Well Equipped, Great Location

This place is located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood and the beach is down the street. The house was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Each room has a fan and there’s an AC in the living room and an AC in the other room. Really nice Maui breeze when the doors are opened. We sat in the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view outside. Plenty of towels and other supplies. Everything was great. We received a wedding present from Ron and Shirley. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this place. In the future we will definitely stay there again.

The location was awesome. The condo is in walking distance to the marina,shops,and the Aquarium. The Marina was great. We were able to book our Whale watching tour,plus other tours there..,At the condo we were able to see whales jumping out of the water while sitting outside. The condo,pool,and the grounds are very clean. The owner was very helpful and answering any questions we had. We had 4 adults and one child, we had plenty of room and a awesome time. So relaxing.We were able to walk the beach and snorkel there. In the pool area there are barbecue grills and tables. Central location for driving too. Would recommend this property and would love to stay there again. Thank You

Amazing weekend

Ron and Shirley are amazing hosts. Their condo was amazing, and even though it was just a long weekend, we felt like we had a vacation. Ron was communicative over text and email with any questions we had. The kids loved the pool, the beach down the street, the snacks at the general store, the aquarium, and we all enjoyed walking to everything so close by. I was stoked to see putt-putt right down the street and we didn't even have time to do that because we did so many other things. Highly recommended. If you are only going for a few days, you don't even need a car. But if you are ordering groceries online, definitely leave some extra time for them to arrive. 11/10

Update needed!

The place, itself, was okay. The problem was with the furnishings and supplies. The furniture is desperately in need of replacement. The cushions are very uncomfortable. It is painful to sit on them for any length of time. The dishwasher worked once and then it did not drain. We were in touch with the owner who, apparently came and repaired the problem. That lasted until the next wash. It stopped again. We had bought supplies for the dishwasher for naught!! We then had to purchase dish towels and soap to do the dishes for the rest of our stay. Not a big issue but not necessarily what we had planned on. We were there for a month and like to keep our place clean. There were no adequate supplies for this. Again, we had to purchase the supplies. BBQ was on site, again, no supplies. The cupboard doors were loose and almost fell off. We had to be very careful opening them. The lamp in the bedroom was very delicate, if you touched it, it fell apart. I, repeat, the place was okay, the furnishings cleaning supplies, and cupboards definitely distracted from our enjoyment of our stay. If these issues are addressed, it will be a delightful place for the next visitors. We left a not for the owner to help in overcoming these issues.

The Price is Right

First, parking is at the back of the unit. It is reversed from other hotels we have stayed at. We found a lot of live and dead German roaches throughout the unit. We were not sure if they sprayed the unit before we got there. We were very satisfied and happy with the unit and will recommend it to other family and friends. The unit was comfortable, and the price was right. In the future I will be sure to stay with you again in this specific unit. Mahalo

Comfortable and good location

My son and I thought this was a great home base as it was in between Lahaina, airport, road to Hana etc.. we didn't spend much time at the location but it was a clean, comfortable place to rest between excursions!

Cockroaches and mice/rats infested! Beware

We checked in here on Dec 2nd, 2021. Opened the front door and found a huge semi dead cockroach on the floor. I call it semi dead, because although it was on its back, it’s legs were still wiggling! I let out a sharp yell and ran outside! That should have been our first big red signal, but we gave the condo a chance. Plus we arrived there at around 10pm at night and didn’t have the energy to look for different accommodations. We had booked this place for 2 nights and as our stay progressed, we saw all the following: poor cleanliness, stained bedspreads, uncomfortable pillows, more dead cockroaches and a freakin’ mouse/rat that leapt out of my food bag at 4am in the morning, when I opened it to get water! It sprinted away behind the oven and after a lot of freaking out, I was only glad to know that we were going to check out of this horrible place. Not to forget, we also spotted a lizard crawling by the bed that my kids were sleeping on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Maalaea Visit

Enjoyed the location of the condo. It’s proximity allowed us to visit several sights and locations. Above all, it was a direct route to a dialysis clinic for me. The drive to the clinic was direct and only 10-15 minutes away.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay even just for one night. The property was so well equipped even with beach towels, chairs and sand toys! The pool was an extra bonus! A/c worked great and beds were decent. Lots of space 2 bathrooms is always a plus Thank you so much!

Good stay for 1 night

Even though the place was clean and well equipped, the location is not ideal for a longer stay. It’s very remote,very windy and very outdated in decor. We did however appreciate the owner accommodating us for one night for the 6 of us.

Nice condor

The condo was very clean, updated and spacious. Nice landscaping, very quiet and peaceful surrounding, beautiful view, only a few steps to the ocean. We spent most of our time outside for exploring and sightseeing so didn't spend much time at the condo. Since our first time in Maui we chose this central location of the island so we could drive a little shorter to explore all directions. Overall we were happy with our stay there

Great place!

We had a great time here. It was clean and in a generally great location. Our only quibble is that it is right under the flight line but that isn’t a fault of the property, it is what it is. I do suggest, though, that some rail or guide is put in the master shower for the door. That thing is massive and it is very unsettling moving it back and forth when the bottom just swings out. Otherwise we loved it! Would stay again.

Good vacation rental.

Great place, the only thing I would have like to have improved is the screen doors and windows because they need replaced. Would have loved to had windows open and that beautiful breeze of Maalaea bay. Everything else was great, stocked well and clean. Loved watching the whales in the bay both morning and evening.

The place was ok but it wasn’t what we really were looking for. Pictures a bit deceiving. The Carpet smelled and no air conditions in the bedroom except fans. Place looks clean. Ron the owner was a very nice guy and are working to get our refund . .
