Magnífica casa frente al mar! "WOW" y "INCREÍBLE" es lo que dirás cuando entres en esta HERMOSA casa con impresionantes vistas del lago. Vida de lujo de 2 pisos frente al mar. ¡Disfruta de las hermosas puestas de sol desde el balcón del segundo piso, proyectado en un porche y un patio! El escenario perfecto para nadar, pasear en bote, practicar esquí acuático, pescar y relajarse. Al entrar, siente la calidez con gabinetes de roble macizo, una enorme isla central con encimera de granito y fregadero de preparación en la isla, asientos 10 y 4 en la mesa de la cocina. Horno de pared doble, cocina de gas de acero inoxidable Jenn Air con 6 quemadores. chimenea de gas de piedra con control remoto, puertas francesas que se abren a la sala de 3 estaciones que conduce al lago ... ¡Espere quedar impresionado con las vistas perfectas del lago!

Beautiful home on Indian Lake

We had a great week staying here and plan to return in the future! The large kitchen made cooking for a crowd easy. We enjoyed the porch and deck area, and the beds were very comfy. I would say it's one of the best houses we've stayed in.

Great family lake front house

What an awesome property on the water! The house was so roomy! We had 8 adults and it felt like we could have easly have more… so much space and very open. Kitchen is huge and every appliance and utensil you could imagine is available. This property was above expectations! It was great to be able to park are pontoon right in the boat house. Loved our time here and will definitely be back… Owners were great to work with, and communication was quick and informative.

Amazing Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay as usual (our third time booking this property). Easy to check in and out, and a very comfortable well equipped house! We had no issues all week - we even lost power due to a tree down in the neighborhood after a storm, and the generator worked perfectly making everything seamless. We will definitely be back!

Birthday weekend

We had a fabulous time at Joan’s lake house. It was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space! The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed plus some! The house was extremely clean and well cared for. We will be back!

Amazing Location & Property

We had 10-12 people and we fit great in the house. The common areas are great for hanging out and we had a blast in the water. Great access to all shops and we enjoyed everything we could around the rain showers. The house is very well stocked which was appreciated since we cooked almost all our meals. Beds were comfy and we can’t wait to come back..

Family Vaca 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Perfect setting with large island to gather around, nice sized living room space for TV, every room has one by the way. The screen in sun porch facing the water and sunset was well used. Deck and patio are is perfect setting for grilling, and sitting around the gas fire pit. We also really appreciated being able to dock our pontoon right there at the house. Quieter neighborhood. Doesn’t have the golf cart traffic like some of the island areas.

Family vacation

We've stayed at about all the rentals on the lake that support large families. This house is the most spacious with best equipped kitchen. We also liked being a quick drive from the coffee shop, rootbeer stand etc. No long idle to get out on the lake. Good swimming and nice boat lift. Caught bass, perch and catfish from the back yard. Plenty of parking. The yard is small but the most is made of it, comfortable chairs, gas fireplace, tables with umbrella ... Owners were the easiest to communicate with of our dozen or so stays at the lake.

Bring the Family...Or Two!

I'll tell you my biggest problem first, and you'll get the point: I couldn't easily tell how to turn off the exterior speakers near the patio/firepit. That's about the worst I can say about Joan and her house. Clean, beautiful, thoroughly stocked with everything. Joan was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. Bring clothes, food and toiletries and I think you're done. The house can fit a large family, or even two smaller ones. We did not get a chance to, but I imagine it would be fun cooking up some kind of family feast in that kitchen. It's huge and has everything two cooks at once could use. My daughter said, "Can we just stay?" Thanks, Joan! P.S. Winner's Lakeview Market had everything we needed for our short stay. Shop local.

Indian Lake Paradise

Our family spent a week at this property at Indian Lake and had the most wonderful time. We usually spend a week in the summer at different locations and stay at a VRBO home. This home was superior. We do a lot of cooking while on vacation and this kitchen was so well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans and bakeware. The kitchen had plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had TVs. The bathrooms were well stocked and had plenty of towels. The sunroom was so cozy and a great place for a nap. We especially enjoyed the outside space. We rented a boat from Spend a day Marina and was able to dock it right at the home. The marina was a short distance from the home. We used the fire pit every night and enjoyed being outside and making smores. George and Joan were very responsive. We had an issue with the coffee pot and they replaced it very quickly. We had a great time boating, skiing, tubing and swimming in the designated areas. We did have lunch at one of the restaurants that you could boat up to and that was fun. Thank you for opening your home to us George and Joan!
