Dear Sherri, Thank you for your feedback—especially after your stay concluded. We’re sorry again for the brief heater issue on the final night, which, as noted, was addressed within hours. We do find it a bit surprising that several of the other concerns mentioned were either resolved promptly during your stay or never brought to our attention at the time, as we’re always happy to fix things when given the opportunity. For clarity, the home is professionally cleaned and maintained between each guest, and we consistently receive positive feedback reflecting that. We also note that accurate guest counts and real-time communication tend to help ensure the smoothest possible experience for everyone involved.
